adding more information to the website so we wouldn't have to bother the office staff as much would probably make it easier on them but otherwise the process was great.

I appreciated the assistance I received with this process. They staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. The most important thing is that they explained everything I needed and wanted to know.

The people that work in the office are very, nice, friendly, helpful. They know their jobs.

With life throwing a curve ball I found myself in a very difficult position financially and no where to go. When I went to the law offices I had many apprehensions and some were not dealt with until I met with Jessica Mayo. When roadblocks in Life come your way and you lose your job and see no alternative but Bankruptcy and with low self esteem you enter the office of Ms. Amy Hodge, Paralegal for Mr. John Orcutt. The first minute of our initial conversation was her making me see a future that I could not see with a debt relief solution. As we progress it got better and better knowing that my life was not over but I can hold me head back up and know that I was going to be ok. Suicidal thoughts diminished and yes... I could see a light at the end of that dark tunnel. She guided me all the way with a kindness and sincerity that is often forgotten in customer service. Now, I am going to be ok thanks to the professional and diligent work of Ms. Amy Hodge. She was not only my Paralegal but now I consider her a Friend that cares about her customers. This is my only experience utilizing a bankruptcy attorney. Albeit very stressful, Mr. Orcutt's office, and specifically, Jessica Mayo, treated me so professionally and kind that I honestly was amazed. I honestly felt going in to this like I was going to be treated like I was a criminal. Instead, I was treated with dignity and was being given a second chance. I was actually given hope again instead of the thought that there was no hope. That meant so much to me and was so appreciated and dignifying. Jessica Mayo has done nothing but treated me as a professional and has been punctual and respectful and answered all of my questions timely. No question has gone unanswered. She has gone above and beyond. John's office needs 100 more of her. I definitely hope that people do not have to go this route; however, if they do, I definitely recommend utilizing the offices of John T. Orcutt. At least go in and discuss what is best for your situation. It may not be bankruptcy, but these folks are trained in this field and can advise you on the route to take.
