no user reviews, red flag, avoid

no wonder they don't allow reviews on their own branded utilities, my mistake for not catching that "universal" flat roof racks don't have a mounting guide video, instant red flag and I missed it so don't make that error

waste of money, potential danger if you do happen to mount something "correctly" for it to fly off on the highway, i was not so unfortunate as it simply wouldn't mount at all

Bad service

The grill I brought did not have all the parts required pacific Handel to lift the top lid og grill . When ask to supply one after showing my purchase receipt, was asked to bring whole grill back to the shop , and they will give me new grill. As the grill was at my summer house on Fanø had to take on ferry to get back the grill to shop , which costed me 400/-kroner . The grill costed 499/- kr to start with . Got new grill checked all handles (three) were in the box only to be surprised the 4 legs which grill balanced on were the same type . Supposed to be 2 in front with round end at bottom and two in back were flat for tyres can be placed along . I got all 4 flat type 😡😡😡 do not know should throw the grill or pay 400/- kr again to bring the grill back to shop 😡😡

The worse experience regarding costumer…

The worse experience regarding costumer service, everyone was rude and couldn’t care less of what I was looking for. From the very beginning a girl with an attitude, followed by 3 more people who just didn’t know anything and didn’t care. I would never return and I would never recommend this place it’s awful.

Watch for non returnable items and impolite staff

I purchased a car electronic item from Biltema Glostrup.
Decided to return it, Never used it, never opened it (the box is only “loosely” sealed and I return the box “exactly” as it was when I purchased. In the shop the cashier brought my attention to a note on the receipt saying car electronic devices cannot be returned (I had not noticed it before).
I then argued I was very surprised that no one from Biltema ever told me that the item couldn’t be returned “before” me committing to it. (Even in the seal of the box it says the item should not be used for refund - doesn’t say anything about it being non returnable) He kept showing me the note from the receipt and that he cannot refund it. I told him it was simply unfair to not inform the buyer of their return rights before they pay. It’s funny that they don’t tell you you cannot return the items and you only get to know that “after” you have purchased the item. The cashier didn’t seem to care about hearing my argument or trying to convince me as he thought he was “the boss here” (he said so).

Først og fremmest, er jeg utrolig ked af at høre, at du har haft en dårlig oplevelse med os - det er ikke sådan vi ønsker, det skal være.
Derudover, så vil vi naturligvis gerne beklage, hvis du ikke er blevet informeret ved købet at elektroniske vare til bil ikke kan tages retur.

Det er desværre rigtigt at vi ikke bytter alle elektroniske vare og dette er derfor at vores system automatisk på kvitteringer, hvor dette gælder.
På den måde kan man altid informeret om dette.

Vi skal naturligvis undersøge om vi kan forbedre os med at videre give denne information inden købet.

Hi!!!
I have a serious complaint against Biltem Glostrup and Roskilde workers.
The problem is that 1 year ago I bought a bike in Biltema model XOSEMITE FAT-. after half a year I needed to buy a camera with a tire, I applied to Roskilde and placed an order, but it never came, after 2 months no one contacted me, and when I arrived again and asked, in response, I heard that no one knew anything. then I made a new order to Glostrup, I was told to wait a month and again the order did not come through and so already 3 times in half a year, the question is why do I need this bike then?​ can i give it back

With regard to all kinds of returns, complaints and exchanges of products, it is always the staff in the warehouses who makes the necessary decisions.

I recommend for you to call no. 70 80 77 70 and then direct your call to the warehouse in Glostrup. By doing so, you will be able to talk to the staff about the options available in this specific situation.

Biltema in Randers is HOPELESS.

Biltema in Randers is HOPELESS.
On 3 occasions I've driven 32km there to buy a particular product, after checking the stock levels on their website. On ALL 3 occasions, they were sold out.
Totally useless shop, and I will NEVER EVER try and shop there again.

I have bought many things over the…

I have bought many things over the years from biltema, unfortunately there seems to be a trend that the quality of the products are dropping, i bought a garage kran and the leg on it bent when i used it,....bought a engine stand with a crank handle which does not crank.... bought a set of sockets, first time i used it it broke same as a puller i bought. Now i bought a SMF battery....suprise i does not keep its charge, and this is when it is standing on the bench, i am afraid that it is a total waste of my time even considering to mount it on my boat..when will i learn, cheap is not better, it is just an illusion of a good deal.....i think i have shopped my last time for biltema products , i won't even waste my time trying to do anything with this battery, straight to the dump and wash my hands of biltema...not worth the effort
