Image is not sharp and even from a distance looks blurry.
Pay a bit extra and use a different company.

Ordered wall mural, cost over £200, delivery free over £100 or £8.94 if not….after payment was taken got an email from UPS…shipping was £59 approx extra on delivery, I was fuming, company is based in Poland?? Never knew that neither, refused parcel & emailed company for a full refund, also disputed with my bank, the parcel that turned up was so small it would never have been enough to cover my full living room wall, got no idea what they sent, absolute scammers….want my well earned money back, thank you

Unfortunately, due to Brexit (since 1st of January 2021), when importing to UK products from European Union that cost more than £135 additional costs will arise. These extra costs (import charge) are set up by your country government and have to be paid by the person who imports the product to UK (the buyer) to the UK's government.
In the terms of the bimago.co.uk online store ( https://www.bimago.co.uk/sales-terms/user-agreement ) in paragraph 6 subsection 6 you do have information: "In case of a foreign dispatch to a country which does not belong to the EU, the recipient undertakes to bear all customs duties valid in the given country, including customs control fees."
On our shipment page ( https://www.bimago.co.uk/help/shipment ) we also inform: "In case of shipping to any country outside the EU, additional duties and other payments may be charged."
