Judith was amazing from the start of our house purchase journey. Communication was excellent and Judith went out of her way to accommodate our requests for additional house viewings and further information. Her help didn’t stop when the purchase was complete, giving us details of some really useful tradesmen.

Brilliant welcome from Stephanie - at once making us feel both welcome and relaxed. No question was too silly; we were given time to talk through what we wanted and were left with a feeling that helping us achieve the right property was important to Stephanie.
She helped us to understand the area and pricing, gave us a range of options and really listened to understand what was important to us. Can’t recommend Stephanie and Bindley properties highly enough - experienced and professional, friendly and warm.

Let's go to Bindley's, see if Judith is in, said my friend who bought a really nice house on a hill after seeing many, many properties. There I was, just sold my big old house with a large garden. Simple and sunny is what I wanted. Just a place where I could rest my head. Judith is not in. Come back tomorrow. I don't know what happened in the meantime, but when Judith invited us to sit down. She said this property might be something. She knew the neighborhood very, very well. It ticked all the boxes and more. She showed my dream house and added all the extras: a beautiful area, a small social community, a shared pool and... my friend living around the corner. How can it get any better than that...Without visiting the property I bought it the next day. It is a dream come true. Thank you !!!

We got in touch with Bindley in August of 2023 while visiting a listed house and explained to Judith the type of house we were looking for. As foreigners, we needed a lot of assistance since the purchasing process in Spain differs from what we were used to. In September, with Judith’s help, we were able to find the right house and complete the purchase. The entire experience, from making the reservation to the final purchase, was excellent, despite some unforeseen circumstances that arose before the closing date, which had to be postponed to January 2024. The assistance didn't end there, as David was very helpful and provided us with names of contractors, some of whom we hired when we first moved into the new house. We were very grateful for the treatment we received from the Bindley team. I still like to stop by their office whenever I pass Moraira to say hi.

We had a wonderful experience buying our property with Judith at Bindley Properties. She was warm, interested, efficient and friendly. She quickly ‘got’ us and understood exactly what we were looking for. In fact the first home we arranged to see was the one we bought. She kept close all through the process, as it was our first purchase in Spain. Her advice and guidance was invaluable. Would highly recommend this company- when Judith wasn’t available the other staff in the office offered the same level of support.

My experience was with Judith from Bindley and she was fantastic all the way through our property search. We didn't find anything to fit our criteria right away but Judith kept an eye out, let me know if anything vaguely suitable came up, and just kept on with the search, even when we were a bit disheartened and thinking that we would never find anything. After over a year of this, Judith did see something and got in touch straight away. She has a great deal of experience and contacts in the Moraira area so she really made sure that the whole purchase process went smoothly and that nothing out of the ordinary was happening the whole way through. She is not your typical estate agent who is only out for the commissions - she was recommended to me by a friend and I have no hesitation in recommending her if you need to buy or sell a property in this area.

We worked with Bindley for over a year to sell our seafront apartment. While the market experienced ebbs and flows, Bindley pushed through giving us bi-weekly/monthly updates, showcasing the apartment with high-quality pictures and videos, and featuring the apartment to as many potential buyers as possible. While we didn't end up with the price we were hoping for, in retrospect we are grateful for their professionalism and efforts during a difficult time in Spain's real estate market.

Really , there is no one else apart from Bindley Properties to buy or sell your home in Moraira.
We bought from them and five years later we sold through them.
With living so far away from the property, they dealt with everything as if the property was theirs. It was a good relief to see that we did not have to deal with much.
The whole team are friendly , polite and professional in what they do.
Highly recommend.

We had such a positive experience buying a property through Bindleys that we used them again, this time for a house sale. We were not disappointed - the whole office dealt helpfully and professionally with what turned out to be (through no fault of theirs) quite a difficult transaction.
