I've played the game and patiently waited a week to cash out... NOW THEY ARE SAYING YOU NEED SPECIAL CARDS TO CASH OUT ON CASHAPP.. THEY ARE SCAMMERS SCAMMING PEOPLE TO PLAY THEIR GAME TO NOT CASH PEOPLE OUT AND KEEP THEY MONEY... IVE LEFT SEVERAL EMAILS TO THEY CORPORATE PEOPLE AND NOBODY ABSOLUTELY NOBODY HAVE GOTTEN BACK WIT ME TO RESOLVE THE COMPENSATION... THEY ARE HORRIBLE.... NOBODY NEEDS TO PLAY THEIR BINGO GAME AT ALL‼️‼️‼️

Well I won 800.00 it won't give me my money I won.. im so they are fake and I think they should have to pay since they said they was paying when you won

When trying to withdraw winnings, I’m told I’m fraudulent and have stolen my winnings.

This is by far the best bingo app for the money. I’ve been having so much fun. Bingo Joy lives up to its name.I’ve had no problems cashing out, but keep in mind it takes up to three days to get you’re winnings, which isn’t a problem for me. SO, if you want to have fun, download the app because you won’t regret it.

They own me 555.00 dollars and it says it was successfully sent to my pay pay account and it was not. I have contacted them several times to get my money and they said they refunded it and the did NOT!!!

They have stated withdrawal as fraud winnings are gone from history including game history of the winnings, ignoring messages under contact support. Clearly they are fraudulent.

This game is fraud! Took my money and would not let me withdraw stating fraudulent activity. Bullcrap. Would not respond to any of my messages.

I have to close my linked PayPal account because of theft.

I have been going back and forth with this for almost a month to just retrieve &35. Completely ridiculous

Even one star is too much. Lemme start by saying I’m always skeptical of these games I put my best foot forward to make sure it’s real. I finally had done some research seen so many good reviews and deposited 20$ of my hard earned money into the game. I ended up winning back to back made about 50$. When I tried to withdraw they tried to freeze my account 3 times saying I couldn’t withdraw. When I finally got it to work they said due to ‘fraud’ they were taking my assets and freezing my account which btw they never actually did just took the money I won and put in. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS GAME ITS A SCAM IF UR ON THE FEBCE DONT DOWNLOAD I PROMISE U WILL THANK ME. If u need some cash try donating plasma they have good sign up bonuses and it’s a real output into life receiving your reward for it. These apps are horrible and only prey on those of us just trying to get by. I’m creating a class action lawsuit against them reach out if you’d like to join!

Bingo joy is definitely a scam. You get free credit to start but cannot withdraw money until you reach $30. You will NEVER reach $30 to withdraw. Then they ask you to deposit money. I did not deposit money. Other people have lost hundreds to these scammers.
