I ordered tommee tippee closer to nature healthcare kit pack of 9 on April 4, the next day product has been delivered, but the product is not good quality, look like not a legit product from tommee tippee, handles are yellowish in color like an old stock, some items are missing like thermometer and the zipper of its bag is missing/broken. Then I called the same day to raise a complaint and ask for refund, the next day they pick up the product its april 6 to be exact and ask for my bank account details for the refund they said refund will only 3-5 working days. But guess what until today April 14 refund is not yet received on my bank even I do follow up several times. Never again. Not recommended store binsina. Very bad service.

I would say 0 but there is no zero . In Jan we were travelling and got hair solution from here 3 box but I came back checked my visa bill and checked they charged twice for 6 box . The lady told me we can’t order on line but Amazon selling same for much cheaper price . This pharmacy is not trustworthy at all . Please be careful before you get into this store they are not honest people at all

I ordered items for my blood sugar monitoring. They are not true to their “NEXT DAY DELIVERY” as it took 2 days to receive them after chasing them with 3 follow up phone calls.
I requested return and refund on the first item, still showing processing.
Messy system. The call center agent said she will do the refund request, which I did already and have the reference number.
Even the rider does not know which order number he handed over to me, as the bag has different order number from what I have.
Chaotic system

I placed an order and selected card on delivery as the payment method because I didn't have cash on my hand.But the delivery guy asked me for cash . Why is there even a card on delivery option if you cannot send the card machine???And he took back the parcel and said to call him once the cash is ready????What kind of a service is this ? If I cannot pay by the option I chose???
I whatsapped them and emailed as well. Cz I needed the parcel the same day. But till today there's no response.
Didn't expect this behaviour from you .

Dear BinSina Pharmacy,

I placed an order with you on the 14th of April, and I was informed that it would be delivered the same day. However, later in the evening, I was told the delivery would be postponed to the next day. I accepted the delay and even called to update the delivery location from Oud Metha to Satwa accordingly.As I am working cannot be at one location to receive my order.If I know the exact date and time I won’t change.

Despite this, today the entire day has passed without any delivery. To make matters worse, I received a call in the evening stating that the delivery guy is in Oud Metha — the old location I had clearly updated yesterday with the pharmacist who attended the call.

This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially as this was my first time ordering from your pharmacy. Due to this poor experience and lack of coordination, I no longer wish to place any future orders with you.And I will cancel this order.

Absolutely terrible experience with Tadbeer Al Jawda. Despite requesting multiple candidates, they provided only one and avoided discussing tasks or salary, leaving everything to me. After confirming the maid was reserved and submitting all necessary documents, they refused to provide any official documentation before payment. Only when I insisted on a proper contract did they suddenly claim the maid was no longer available. This lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable. It’s clear they avoid clients who insist on their rights and proper documentation. If you need reliable domestic help, avoid Tadbeer Al Jawda. It’s crucial for the government to address such practices and ensure companies provide reliable and professional services.

I ordered a Cetaphil cream in talabat and it’s shown that it’s in promotion and after it’s almost 1hr when one of the staff there call me and tell me that it’s not in promotion anymore, and what makes me annoyed is they call me late when I’m still expecting that the talabat will deliver my order . So if ever it’s not in promotion anymore u have to update in your talabat so that not everyone is expecting that prize and u have to call on time your costumer so that will not keep waiting for nothing.

I had a very bad experience at binsina Pharmacy in mall of the emirates, I knew which medicine I want I got it from the isle and went to the cash register waited for 5 min for someone to come at that Ahmed their so called doctor came and totally ignored me and start talking to the other couple behind me upon asking why he is not taking my order first he said because this couple took my consultancy , this is so disrespectful as I was first in line and even if anyone took his consultancy not even a single person from their staff attended to me because I didn’t ask for THEIR consultation and knew I medicine , very very bad training of their staff 👎👎👎

The farmassist doesn’t accept my insurance although it was even written that they accept any insurance! The give me the expensive antibiotic which my doctor said is not suitable to take but the farmassist said it’s ok for my symptoms and it’s same effect. I paid almost 400 for 2 medicines and 1 of them I can’t even take . It’s so unprofessional.

This is the only online pharmacy that has no commitment on the delivery of urgent required medicines. Advertising 24hrs delivery but their customer service informed 24 working hours. Will never use their online platform again.

Really bad costumer service I made an order two days ago and still didn’t get it !!! Plus they can’t even tell me what is going on !!! Don’t waste ur money and time with this bad website
