They tried to replace the dumpster I ordered with something impossible to load, which had sides 10 feet tall. I couldn't accept it, so I sent it back, but they charged me $100 for their mistake. Use someone else and get what you ordered.

Nothing but 5-Star customer service! Fast delivery and setup. Dumpster was clean, opened and ready to use at drop off.
I called on a Saturday at 1:50 asking if they did same day drop off. The lady on phone said let me check if any trucks on road and within 5 minutes she was sending me contract and dumpster was on the way. Sergio was the gentleman that dropped it off and he was very nice and professional.
Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again.

This was the first time that I had to rent a dumpster The office staff were very friendly and helpful The owner is very nice and easy to work with They texted to let me know when they were on their way to drop off the dumpster and the pickup was the same They put protection down on the driveway and what you could or couldn’t put in the dumpster was easily explained Their price was very reasonable and I liked that they are a small company so attention to the customer was first and foremost I would highly recommend this company

Ordering was easy, price was in line with everyone else. The fact they protect the drive is a awesome. We will rent from them again.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these clowns.
They aren't very good at what they do. didn't ask the right questions and brought the wrong dumpster.
The next company I hired did it fine.
They charged me a $125.00 fee (by refunding only part of my prepayment). On top of that the delivery driver was quite unprofessional.

They were late in picking up the rental by 3 days. In those days it rained on our trash and significantly increased the weight of our trash. We had to pay an extra $159 due to the water weight because they were late.

They said they would only refund half of the amount, but never did. They said they sent a check, but I never received one in the mail.

Some other company took our money and didn't deliver our dumpster and we called BTDT and the lady who answered the phone was so helpful and try to reassure us and calm us down because we were so stressed by the lack of professionalism from Affodable Dumpster Rental LLC. I wish I remembered her name but I'm so grateful because she took a terrible experience and turned it into a better one by making sure we got our dumpster 35 minutes after we talked and at around 8am we were set for the re-roofing of our house.

Bad experience in Knoxville, tn. I got 3 dumpsters from them, fine. Cleaning out an estate. I asked for a 4th, I asked for a discount to match their competition. I did ask for the owner to call me. She did, then left me a message saying she’s only going to be there a few hours, and that I can talk to her husband. I did not want to talk to the random person that answered the phone. I didn’t want to talk to her husband, then she proceeded to grill me after I left negative feedback. Ended up going with a competitor not only because of money, but by the review she left. She basically roasted me in her reply to my rating. I went with someone else. Do you blame me? She bragged about her 5.0 rating. Because of me, she doesn’t have that. Not happy about being treated like I don’t matter . I can find her comments if I need to. She said she sent “multiple emails “ but I didn’t get them. Also she said something about it being months between dumpster rentals. So? Sometimes it takes years. Her argument was their prices hadn’t gone up, yet when I checked around, I got a bigger dumpster cheaper. I’d think you’d want to make repeat customers happy.

Terrible experience. This company (West Palm Beach Bin There Dump That)advertises themselves as Friendly, Professional and Respectful. This could not be further than the truth. The manager Christine is ruthless! I ordered a 10 cubic ft. dumpster for a minimum of 7 days. After the first 2 days I called back to find out the pricing to keep it for a month. Not only did we not get pricing, we got a ton of attitude. Not sure why. Couldn't get a straight answer and was told to call back the Tuesday after Christmas and talk to someone. Ok , no problem I thought. Honestly we were just happy to get off the phone with the nasty unhelpful manager Christine. This was Wednesday. Went to our project (house) on Friday to check on work, only to find that the dumpster was gone. They took it away. No reason, no excuse, no help. They admitted it was there mistake and offered $25.00 off price. WHAT!!!!! Im paying people to stand around because we have no dumpster, That the manager Christine told me my contract was actually for 10 days! WHAT?????? So why did you take it away, It wasn't full and the delivered it originally at 3:00 pm. So I barely had it 3 days, wanted to extend it. But you came , took it away and basically told me tuff luck and offer me a max of $50 off . Good luck if you choose to work with this company. My opinion is that they are TERRIBLE! Beware!

My dumpster arrived on time and customer service was amazing! AAA trash be gone has alot of catching up to do if they want to bet this dumpster service! Prices are fair and they cleaned up after they left, so many negative reviews that cant be nearly true...tHANK YOU

Our bin did not arrive on time and still had not arrived 2 1/2 hrs later after calling them twice. We ended up cancelling our bin and going to another company.

They completely missed their appointment.
When I called for an eta and a partial refund, they canceled my order completely.
Left me with nothing.
No refund.

Confirmed with sales person, Dave, several times when arranging for the dumpster that it could be placed in my front yard due to volume and orientation of my home. Dave assured me several times that, as long as I signed a waiver, it wouldn't be a problem. I completed the waiver online as specified. When the driver showed, he refused to put it in the front yard and put his dispatcher on speaker. The dispatcher basically told me that their policy was to never put them in yards, offered no apology for his lying salesperson, and basically didn't care at all - and why should he? They got their money. He kept explaining their no-yard policy as if I wasn't understanding the rules, and never acknowledged that I had been lied to, several times, by their salesperson. His solution? "Call the office and ask him why he told you it could go in the yard."

Great company. They brought the dumpster the day I called, were flexible when I needed it a couple more days and very professional but friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Very pleasant experience.

TOTAL A-HOLES. Charge $25 cancel fee. NO ONE ELSE DOES THAT. But they gotta get that $25 out of you no matter what. Even if it means negative reviews.

Forgot to mention, this dumpster was for my parents, my father (Air Force veteran) and my mother, in their 80's and living on a fixed income.

I guess the owner of this company has no shame, and will do anything to collect a measely $25. SHAMEFUL

Great customer service!!!! CJ was very professional and explained the entire process in a way I could understand. The price was solid and the transation could not have been easier. These are the guys to use!
