I have used Biocare for many years
I have used Biocare for many years and always found them to be professional and provide friendly, efficient service.
Supplements ordered regularly arrive the next day.
They offer to provide advice if required.
There appeared to be a change in management a year or so ago, but this has not affected my confidence in their products.

I wasn't happy when I was promised the 20% discount plus my regular 10% discount and when the supplements arrived together with the bill, I received 28% instead of the promised 30%.
When I questioned it, I got some strange excuse that the system worked it out like that.

When two discounts are applied together, they are calculated as a compound discount, which means the second discount is applied to the already reduced price rather than the original price. That's why a 20% discount followed by a 10% discount gives an overall saving of 28%, not 30%.
