Best Support Team. Never had any major issues with their service, infact when I need some guidance on some technical related problems, they always end up saving the day.

I honestly don't even remember how I ran across BionicWP, but it was the most fortunate occurrence I have had in recent memory. I was personally so sick of overseeing our 100 or so websites on our own VPS, updating, dealing with hack attempts and more - they came up at the right time.

It was a bit moving things over and getting used to their sytem, and there are always a few issues in any move like this, but all in all? The transfer of all our sites went smoothly - far smoother than had I handled it all myself to another server LOL.

Support is 24/7 and VERY fast to respond. They WILL spoil you. I don't think I've thrown an issue that they couldn't handle for me.

They're reasonably priced - and VERY reasonably priced - for the service and peace of mind that they provide. We've been with them for 4 months or so at this point - so we've been able to see them in an ongoing fashion.

They had many features for performance and all of your pertinent tools right there on their admin dashboard. After a quick overview of the tools, I was ready to go.

I have asked big and small questions about their features or issues I've had on my WordPress build that other companies either couldn't answer or would escalate and never get solved. Talhi and the rest of the team are truly a pleasure to work with. They really take care of anything you have any questions about, and while I haven't used it, they do offer actual edits to your WordPress as well!

Bionic's WordPress hosting is quick to deploy and very fast. Their white-label support is better than any WordPress support partner I have ever had. I have about 40 website clients and their support team integrates with my in-house team seamlessly and handles my clients without any handholding.

The Bionic WP Chat guys are ABSOLUTELY wonderful. They assisted me with complete patience and time. I am a newbie in the whole online stuff, and I know people can ask stupid questions, but they really just took the time out and helped.
