I love the product and I have been using it for years. The only issue I have is the ordering process. From what I understand your order comes from a third party and they do not give you conformation information. So when the the order is being processed I do not know when it is being shipped to me but my money is taken from my bank account. But I am totally satisfied with Bio Safe One product. I would highly recommend it to everyone that needs it for septic use!

Used before at home it 2008 using it now at church
I used this product back in 2008 and it cleared up my problem at home with no problems since. My church started having problems and had the septic tank pumped off a couple of times in the last 3 to 4 months. I remembered this product and told my pastor. He told me to order it. I did and we are using it now and have gone 2 plus months with no problems. This stuff really works.

Cleans so well it does not smell
Been using this product for 3 years Just had my tank pumped after 5 years and the septic guys said it was the best tank they have seen...meaning this product works! They told me to never stop using it. I think I'll wait 8 years before I pump my tank next time cuz after 5 years it was all water and looking good. I will even dump a bag every other month instead of every month as suggested because it works so good

Bio Safe One products work
Our 25 year old septic system was in total failure.Replacement quotes given to us ranged from $30-$40,000.We decided to try the Bio Safe One products.Spoke with Chris who set us up with a nuclear shock treatment consisting of Bio 112 sludge remover,Boss powder packs, Bio Cube Powder Cleaner and 1 Bio Cube Red Brick Cleaner.Easily applied products! Within the first month the system had improved so dramatically!No more effluent backing up and the smell that had always lingered around our tank is gone!We had an area of standing water above our leach field which has now totally dried up.At month 4 we have a totally functional septic system.All we do now is add 1 powder pack per month to maintain the health of our system.At 1/5 the cost of a new septic system Bio Safe One has rescued our system.
