Awesome product and service
First I love the bio safe one product. Customer service is great. If there is any problems they will solve that quickly. Since using bio safe one we have not had to pump the tank nearly as often. We used to pump every 5 years and it’s been 7 so far since using biosafe

Biosafeone is used monthly in my septic system for the last 10 years.
We put two packets in the toilet each month and when the tan is pumped every 5 years I add a 5 gallon pail of liquid and one solid block on a rope.
The septic system has no problems ad when the tank is pumped the technician and I have no issues in the tank or leeching field.
I hold two master licenses in plumbing.
