J’attend avec impatience mes box

The customer service is rather not helpful at all. If you want to unregister its a long process and of course you have to pay the last box because it doesn’t matter when you unregister they have already process your box.
To be honest the concept is good but they just want to take as much money from the customers as possible, offering little to no help when you try to unsubscribe or stop giving them as much money as you are giving them

I did have a couple of boxes that were completely useless. But I receive them since 3 years now and I am rather happy with their content (a couple of boxes in 36 is a good ratio). I particularly appreciate that they reward loyalty (extra gifts on certain number of months, one extra product every other month after 3 years). They are leaning more towards skin care (I'd appreciate more makeup, but I do understand that most people love skin care).

Abonné depuis 2 ans j ai du arrêter pour essayer autres mais biotyfful box reste le number one 👍du coup je me reabonne apres1 an absence . vivement ma routine avec biotyfull box💄💅

super offre ideal quand on a besoin d'un peu de tout sans se ruiner :)

Temps d'attente fort long entre le payement et la reception (hors confinement)

Produits excellents. Packaging superbe.
