Ordered 2 Feb. Told it was dispatched 3 Feb and that international deliveries have no tracking.
I then received tracking (LL019607398FR) showing the parcel was only received in France on 18 Feb and left the same day — so clearly not dispatched on 3 Feb.
When I challenged this, I was told it was “probably lost in transit.” Their emails come from a no-reply address, and shortly after my account was deleted while the issue was still unresolved — leaving me with no way of contacting them through my portal.
Misleading dispatch information, contradictory explanations, and shutting down customer access mid-dispute. Completely unacceptable. I might need to take this up with the bank to get my money back , I stay with emovis if this is not sorted and get a Italy one elsewhere this is a joke

Lots of positive reviews, and they were the reason why I selected Bip & Go. Unfortunately, my experience has been less than impressive.
My tag simply didn't work. Despite moving it to different positions, even holding the damn thing out of the window aiming at the sensor - it didn't work.
After countless attempts - during which I endured all manner of insults by frustrated people behind me who thought the stupid Englishman had entered the wrong payment queue at the peage - it was clearly faulty.
Only once did the unit work, and that was when I passed the tag to the lady in the toll kiosk, and she tapped it (at VERY close range) against a card reader.
What's the point of that? I might as well use a standard contactless card.
When selecting the "replace a defective badge" option, it refused to accept my request because the system alleged that my registration number was incorrect. It wasn't.
When trying the contact form, the system just sent me to the same form that had denied me earlier.
Eventually, by selecting a different option on the contact form, I sent a message requesting a replacement.
To be fair, they emailed me quickly - requesting that I try the tag in a different position - but not authorising a replacement.
The email was from a "no-reply" address. So, it seems that they're allowed to email me, but I can't email them.
The usability of the website is not fit for purpose. Rather like the faulty badge I received. Utter rubbish.
So, I gave up, and cancelled my subscription.
In total, it cost €52 in fees etc - to cover the €15.70 for the ONE time it worked. Add that to the £10 it's cost to post the damn thing back - this has been an expensive and frustrating experience - and a total waste of money.
If any of the Bip & Go team are thinking about responding to this review, inviting me to call your customer service department - don't bother.
The Bip&Go Device is excellent! On our trip through Italy it worked perfectly. It was great to pass all lines in seconds.
It was easy to buy it and it came within three days from the moment we purchased it online.
The website explanations should be improved. They are a bit confusing. But the product itself is great.

I bought the Bip and Go badge several years ago while I owned a house in France, and all was well - buying the badge and using it on several journeys over the years was easy. Once I sold the house and tried to change payment options …..well, that’s not straightforward. I must cancel and return my badge, it seems, then re-apply for another contract. Returning the badge to a Bip and Go Office isn’t as easy as you’d think, either. The offices just off the autoroute at Arras close at lunchtime - really? A motorway area, and the office closes at lunchtime? Obviously, Bip and Go doesn’t need the business, so I am still trying to resolve the issue …..once I’m successful, I’ll take out a contract with a company more flexible to my needs. Very disappointing, but …..understandable, being a French company!

A great handy service to pay tolls in Europe, don't need to deal with paper tickets and paying by credit card at toll gates. Payment of subscription only in the months which the tag is used means no hidden costs.

Bip&Go take payment details via direct debit. Once you commit to payment you get an email and discover that postage of the tag to the UK takes 10 working days. Then they couldn't take the direct debit from the UK account. I cancelled the agreement and requested how and where I should return the tag. No reply. Then a week later Bip&Go instruct debt collectors. This has also happened to others in our group travelling across France and Italy.
