Fast enough when it works.

This broadband provider was the quickest speed we could find when we moved into an apartment in Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham. Unfortunately, the network service is so poor and intermittent it isn’t worth the monthly fees. Reported issues for over 12 months and was given a new router - this didn’t resolve the problem. The chap who owns the company insists he wants to resolve issues but then fails to respond to emails where issues are reported. Wouldn’t recommend based on the standard of network service / customer service / cost.
