Called these guys in an emergency…
Called these guys in an emergency (obviously) - checked the reviews after which filled me with dread. The guy was later than he said he would be, but ultimately did turn up and got the door open for the price he quoted on the phone. The website/reviews etc are bollocks but to be honest would use again. I don't think the one star reviews are warranted.
Don’t believe their website
Don’t believe their website - states 5/5 trust pilot

Scammy
Scammy, shady, and zero transparency. I was locked out and asked upfront about charges — they said “only if needed.” No mention of a £75 call-out fee just to show up and look at the lock. Then came a £129 quote to open a "medium-security" lock (what even is that?), which magically dropped to £88 when I hesitated. Classic pressure tactics.
I refused the service and still got charged £75 for absolutely nothing. Avoid this company unless you like paying for stress. Totally unethical. Reported to Trading Standards.
