Do not buy from this website!
I have ordered a push chair, no confirmation email, money taken and nothing delivered. The contact emails are bogus and you will get no answer. The contact number is active but it belongs to the shop, who say that this is. It their website, it’s a copycat scam.

Ordered innopet Hercules dog buggy for £399 on 21 September
Website looks legitimate and received order confirmation email
After a week of no updates I contacted the tel no on the site, which is indeed birstall pets but they sadly confirmed that this is not their site, they do not have a website and this is a very convincing scam.

**This is a sophisticated scam

**This is a sophisticated scam ! **
Made a purchase for £399 for an Innooet Hurcules dog buggy with free rain cover. on 15 September. Received the usual confirmation screen and an e mail confirming purchase with order number. Noticed the contact e mail looked odd ( not anything like the shop name) went on to a Facebook dog support group and found that others have also been scammed - ie ordered and paid for goods that didn’t turn up - e mailed the odd address asking for an eta of my purchase and to date have received no response . Also e mailed a contact address on the website but a mail error message comes back. Apparently someone else called the shop and they said they didn’t have an online presence and this is a known issue! Not sure why this is being allowed to continue as the shop are aware. Luckily used a credit card but now have to wait 30 days to claim back. My poor old dog does not have this sort of time left to wait. It’s an expensive item - again people profiting from others misfortune.
