Missing several items from my package and some of my foil balloons are already fading in color. Reached out via email 2 days ago, but no response as of yet. Also made multiple attempts to call, but it continues to disconnect prior to speaking with someone. Instead, I'm receiving excessive marketing emails. Irritated and disappointed. They will not get any additional business from my family!

I was missing items from the order. There is no phone number listed for customer service. I emailed a while ago and nobody has answered me yet!

My order was incomplete. I reached out many times in different ways. I finally reached someone and found out that the product was out of stock. No one communicated that with me. I finally got a refund for the missing product.

Missing product. Sent email the day I received the product but haven’t had a response back.

Not very happy about my order. First it came in an extra large box that was ripped from all ends and seemed like it was taped to hold it together. Then this extra large box only had 2 out of the 7 items I ordered on time for my sons birthday party in 7 days. Now I am not sure if the rest of the order will be here on time and if it will come complete.

Overall, a fair/good experience. I was missing one item in my order. But all other numerous items arrived quickly and appear to be great products as described. I would order again since everything is well priced. I am opting not to go through the customer service process to follow-up on the one missing item (pack of themed napkins) but if the item were a larger item, I would be more assertive.

My order came 4 days earlier than expected and I loved the selection of things this site had when looking for specific themed party supplies for my son's birthday. They had a lot of stuff that I didn't see elsewhere and the price was more than fair. I'll definitely use this site again in the future.

The cups, plates and napkins were just as pictured. They arrived in time for the party. My only comment is maybe the shipping wouldn't be so much if employees knew how to properly box an item. These small items were rolling around loose in a box twice the size it needed to be with zero packing materials. Maybe it's just my years of experience in shipping department speaking. Overall pleased.

I have sent many emails to communicate with the company and it has been impossible. I have not received any response from them. My son's birthday is next week and due to a postal error I do not have my package in my hands. They do not have any telephone number and the emails are never answered

The price on the products is great but the shipping prices were higher than I expected
