This is the first time I have uses Biscuiteers but have tasted the products sent to a friend, so I know they are delicious. I ordered this Bithday gift for my sister-in-law and she said that it arrived safely, on time and was posted through the letterbox. She was delighted and said they looked too pretty to eat!

Unfortunately my order never arrived. I was told it was delivered but the only proof is a picture royal mail took which does not show my item. Very disappointed as no help was given to resolve this.

Really disappointed with the service. I placed an order on the Wednesday and paid extra for Saturday delivery. The order was dispatched RM24 on the Friday but tracking shows that it was dispatched so late in the Friday evening it was never going to arrive on the Saturday. The order did arrive on the Sunday which is not what I paid for and spoiled the point of sending the biscuits. The late delivery was caused by Biscuiteers sending the item too late and not the Royal Mail.

I often send people biscuiteers because they bring SO much joy (having been a recipient a few times, I know!) it’s so easy and they’re so beautifully made (you almost don’t want to eat them as they’re so fine) the taste doesn’t disappoint either, they’re as delicious as they are pretty! I’m a lifelong fan!
