Outstanding customer service

Outstanding customer service. This company was recommended to me by a friend when I needed replacement glass for a log burning stove. Despite reduced working hours over the Christmas holiday period, they kindly agreed to arrange for the glass panel to be cut to my specifications. Nothing was too much trouble, the service was first class. The replacement windows and doors showroom is very impressive too. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you to all staff and best wishes for 2025

New front door and windows

New front door and windows. Very pleased. Guys were friendly and being that bit older, (younger than me) respectful of property and final clearing up. Fantastic job and results are 5*.

A high quality job, fitted by an expert, courteous team

This is a County Durham local family owned company that has been established for 40 years. They supply and fit commercial and private windows, doors, bifold doors conservatories, orangeries, glass, mirrors and double glazing units and so much more.
I have had a full house of double glazed pvc windows, a solidor front door, bifold doors and a conservatory fitted by this company and I cannot praise them highly enough. The quality of the products are excellent and fitted by expert, courteous fitters. I was supplied with the FENSA certificate on completion of the jobs.
Highly recommended.
