I’ve always thought of them to be the best but got really disappointed after they locked my funds in the account and telling me they need to do manual check.. What a bunch of scammers they are. I still don’t know why they need to check anything manually after a thorough KYC when signing up. Provided every needed document but now they need to verify manually again.. Really stupid

This is a scam, they get your personal details the account doesn't get verified because of some "e-mail confirmation" that was obviously done but they don't accept. I wouldn't trust a dime to this company.

They ask for stupid documents that no other exchange asks, they claim that it is required by regulators, they keep your funds hostage, their support is unprofessional as hell, after asking for documents that are sensitive to me, I told them send the money where you received it from, they send the same email over and over again asking for the same document. I made a claim to the financial ombudsmen and they will help me with getting the funds back, I recorded every conversation that I had with them, my lawyer recommended me to tell them to send the funds where they received it from. They have no idea who they are messing with. Only bad, relatable reviews that I found were here on trustpilot, on the other sites they leave nonsense bad reviews once in a while to justify for things outside their competence, such as price fluctuation of coins when the real problem is they keep the funds hostage. I will send the files to Jim Browning as well. He can tackle these scammers. THERE IS NO LOGICAL EXPLANATION TO WHY THEY CANNOT SEND FUNDS BACK TO WHERE THEY RECEIVED IT FROM. If I tried to send the money to another beneficiary, their claims would make sense but, at this point it makes no sense at all. I will ask my wife to open an account here and deposit a small amount which I can afford to loose, I will record everything and put them in the local newspaper. EL PAIS

Update: The funds are still locked in the account, the reply of Bit2Me still makes no sense. How are you preventing money laundering, terrorism and how are you protecting my account when all I intend to do is send the funds to where they were. I am not sending funds to no one else who might be doing legal or illegal things. I just want my funds sent to where they were in the first place. Which point of the directive says that you have to collect this information about me? And which point of the directive says that sending the funds to the original sender is risky in terms of money laundering and terrorism financing? NONE. PURE THEFT . 0 stars

Avoid this horrible exchange. The entire process is designed to waste your time. Bit2me support is just the opposite. There are cheaper and better exchanges out there.

Excellent and friendly customer service, very helpful and resolved issue straight away.

All in one place for me. Tried a lot of crypto sites offering good services, but since I found bit2me I don't have to worry using 2 or 3 sites to complete a cryptocurrency-to-cryptocurrency conversion meaning exchanges between cryptocurrencies with 1 click, receiving and sending all major cryptos. Even depositing any currencies are super simple using my debit card. Everything goes through within a blink of an eye. Also happy with the commission fees.
Have to add I am not trading with cryptocurrencies, would not invest in any of them. I strongly believe cryptocurrency is an incredibly volatile investment.
Bit2Me has everything what an amateur or pro crypto user need. I am particularly using for software development. As a developer I found Bit2Me the perfect tool to test my software how handle, manage real cryptocurrencies rather than just the test data.
Anytime having a question, the customer service replies and resolves anything quicker than I ever experienced.

Very amateurish and charges really high fees which many can consider a theft.
They also don't take responsibility for their mistakes and you're the one paying for them.
In fact we are right now entering with a lawsuit against Bit2Me at Spanish courts of law for theft and fraud, among other accusations.

Los he usado para transferir pagos entre 2 empresas, todo legal con impuestos pagados cada trimestre. A principios de este mes enviaron una solicitud sobre estas transacciones y respondí. No obtuve comentarios, así que supuse que todo estaba bien. Transferí BTC a mi cuenta con ellos, cambié a euros e intenté hacer una transferencia bancaria. Recibí un error y contacté al soporte. Dijeron que tenía que hacer un perfil de empresa y que tenía que darles todo tipo de documentos ridículos además de lo que ya había dado. Ya les había enviado la escritura de la empresa, las facturas de las transacciones, etc. Así que convertí el dinero a BTC e intenté enviarlo a otro sitio. La posibilidad no estaba disponible, por lo que mis fondos por valor de 6000 euros(0.14BTC) están bloqueados allí. No obtengo respuesta, ni correo electrónico, teléfono ni nada. No puedo pagar via el opcion de pago en app, y no puedo transferir. Estoy seguro de que no pueden bloquear los fondos, simplemente no puede ser legal.

Stay away from them. If they raise an issue against you they will lock in your funds. I have used them to transfer payments between 2 companies, all legal with taxes paid every quarter. Early this month they sent a request about these transactions, and I replied. I got no comments so I assumed all was ok. I transferred BTC to my account with them, changed to euros and tried to do a bank transfer. I received a error and contacted the support. They said I had to make a company profile and had to give them all kinds of ridicilous documents in addition to what I had already given. I had already sent them the company deed, invoices for the transactions etc. So I converted the money to BTC and attempted to send it to another site. The possibility was not available, so my funds worth 6000 euros are locked in there and I get no reply, no email, telephone or nothing. I am sure they can't lock in your funds, it just can't be legal.

The signup process is very fast and the verification of the account is easy and fast. I added money and i withdraw money and i got in few minutes. The android application is very intuitive and with no bugs.
