2 months without a reply from customer service! Avoid at all costs!
Never had a problem with them before they moved to a separate regulated UK market. Since then customer service is very slow. It's taking them over a month to review 5 screenshots for proof of funds, they also told me not to open another ticket to ask about it, as that will apparently delay it longer.
Update: Almost 5 weeks now and my funds are still locked and have had zero communication. It says my ticket is solved but they still refuse to enable my trading.
I would advise people not to use this website.
7 weeks now, not a single bit of communication. It's either a scam or incompetence. Either way they should be avoided.
Its now 2 months nothing has changed. I've had no response from them, I've made complaints to regulators hopefully that does something but I've given up on getting my account unlocked, I just hope to warn others of the problems you will encounter using this platform.

The worst possible, out of 20 different ones I've traded on. They execute orders not according to the default, but according to their own, ultimately taking 10-12% on buying and selling. Avoid by all means!!

I had a deeply frustrating experience with Bitpanda. From the start, the onboarding process felt disorganized and opaque. Basic steps weren’t clearly explained, documentation was scattered, and I kept running into unclear requirements that stalled verification instead of helping me complete it.
When I reached out for support—multiple times—I received no meaningful response. Tickets went unanswered, and there was no indication anyone was actively looking into my issue. For a financial platform, that lack of responsiveness is unacceptable.
What bothered me most was the sense of information being hidden at every turn. Key details about timelines, requirements, and next steps were either buried, vague, or missing altogether. In my view, this creates an environment where users are left in the dark rather than being guided transparently.
Overall, Bitpanda failed to provide a proper onboarding experience, did not react when contacted for support, and—at least from my perspective—cultivates information hiding instead of clarity. I cannot recommend it based on my experience.
