Scam exchange!!!!! STAY AWAY

Even thou all blockchain transactions are 100% traceable, they will KEEP your money if you make the slightest mistake. No matter how good your proof is that you send them a transaction, you will never see your money again. In my case they had 2 very simple options, put the coins in my trading account after I send them proof that I made that transaction, or simply send the money back to the account they came from. Instead they decided to KEEP them for themselves. Just stay away from this Chinese SCAM trading platform

I am a small market maker. After hooking up my bot to the exchange I noticed some discrepancies that I've never seen before on other exchanges. My orders would sit at the top of the order book and never get filled, yet there were hundreds of trades being done at better prices than I offered. This means that either:

1. Their orderbook hides orders

or

2. Their trade history is fake

I emailed them about it and I never got a reply from a human, it was all automated responses. Eventually they accused me of arbitrage trading (which is of course a normal practice in the crypto industry), and threatened to freeze my account.

To their credit, I withdrew everything and was able to get all my funds out without them stealing anything.

stay away, clear cases of neglect. Don't expect support worthy of the name. Massive security to prove your own identity while the red carpet is rolled out for hackers... sad

Had a lost deposit due to memo issue, took 2 and half months to be resolved. but Bitrue came through in the end!

Never had an issue with this exchange. I've used it successfully for about 18 months. No idea what these people are talking about claiming scamming and thievery.

As many others I have never received the Solo airdrop. And they are lying to me that I did not have tokens at the time of snapshot. Which as I said is not true. I am still trying to explain what they should already know but I will not continue to use their exchange

I have had a registered account with BITRUE exchange for a long while.

But recently while trying to logging to my account From the app on my mobile.

It was frozen as I couldn’t login.

I got in contact with customer service and was advised I need to login from a desktop which I did but same problem was happening.
I got back in touch with them and their response was:

We are unable to restore full access to your original account. You are welcome to register a new account with Bitrue if you wish, though, and you will have full access to all of our services.

So I then got back in touch with them to ask what will happen to my assets that I had their response was:

We found that you have no assets in that account.

Best regard.

Which I went back to them to advise them that this was not true as I know for sure I had some XRP tokens stacked and a little bit of eth or btc in their exchange.

Which they have not responded too since the 18th of February.

Now I clearly know no I had assets in my account but they can’t gain full access but they found I had no assets

Basically I am not happy at being robbed by this exchange

Thank you." WHEN CLEARLY IT WAS NOT DEPOSITED TO MY ACCOUNT! what can you do :(

Guys these people called Bitrue can't go away with this they have scammed a lot of people including me lets go on twitter to expose them

Bitrue have stolen my assets! I bought 99,083.7 sologenic tokens and held them on this exchange. I followed all the rules. I am set to receive ~125,000 solo tokens from a December 24, 2021 snapshot and January 2021 airdrop with a value of ~$46,000. There are 13 additional airdrops over the year for owning those tokens. Bitrue refuses to release my coins to me. Never did I imagine they would do this to me. I have created several tickets and still they are keeping my property from me.

Think twice while trading and depositing funds on Bitrue.
They blocked my deposit and freeze 2 y.o. verified account, ignore tickets and I still have no clue what is happening.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!

They are refusing to allocate my tokens due to me and keep fobbing me off.

There are honest exchanges out, steer clear of Bitrue.

The latest theft by bitrue on all those the held songbird on their exchange. I lost over 17k dollars getting involved and they refuse to distribute exfi tokens for this airdrop. Dont use them!

Nice exchange. Some high fees for buying but overall no problems for me. Deposit or withdrawal work excellent

Incredible shady launch of WMT (Bitrue started selling without liquidity and fixed price two minutes early), now a lot of accounts are frozen, users can't withdraw. Beware.

This exchange is a total scam. I put $780usdt on a Sushi 20x Long position. I bought in at about $10.06 and sold at $10.14ish. My orded was filled at that price and my position closed at that price. Seconds later (when the price was a little lower then that), I received $550usdt. They're saying I sold at $9.998, which is not the case. My $80 profit magically turned into a $220 lose. The support team hasn't been at all helpful. Never again!

Scam. I deposited crypto and tried to exchange. It's impossible to exchange or withdraw funds. Support is ignoring me.
