Had a puncture that could not be repaired. Fortunately I had purchased a Blackcircles guarantee when I purchased the tyre. Their customer service team were great and after a few days arranged for me to have a new tyre fitted at a local ATS. Everything went so smoothly and all I had to pay for was another guarantee.

Black Circles kept in touch with me throughout the transaction and delivery of service. The tyre fitting company could not fit me in on the day I chose but found a suitable day and time a couple of days later. The tyres are for my camper VW Campervan and replace a set that had been on there ten years. The logic behind this is that they had only travelled about 18,000 miles in that time and showed very little wear on the tread but side walls were starting to deteriorate. Those were Nexen four season tyres so a cheaper mid range tyre seemed better value for the amount of wear they are likely to get. Chinese made Mazzini tyres were chosen along with a front wheel tracking and additional damage insurance options ordered through the Black Circles App. The tyres give a comfortable quite ride compared to a standard van tyre and only time will tell as to how they will wear.

Tyre was delivered to installer 10 minutes before time. Selected fitter due to stock.others were cheaper.

Using the Blackcircles website was very straightforward and they had a wide range of products although thsoeme makes and models dissappear for a few days as they go out of stock but soon come back in.

I had four tyres fitted 12 days ago. Since the original fitting one tyre was highlighted by the car pressure monitoring system as having lost pressure. This happened three times since the fitting. I phoned Blackcircles on Saturday and they contacted the fitting garage and advised that I could return today for investigation into the fault. I arrived at the garage this morning and was dealt with immediately. Great service from the Blackcircles rep on the phone and the garage in resolving the fault.
