I have visited Black Country Caravans on many occasion. Paul the owner is the nicest man you could wish to meet considering he’s a businessman. He is very fair just and speaks plainly. He bought my trailer tent last year and gave me a brilliant price. I have bought many parts from his store and every time I go in there whoever is behind the counter are very polite and helpful.

I would very highly recommend this company if you want honesty fairness and helpful staff and owner. Thankyou also to Paul for all the advice that he has given to me when I have been away in my Caravan, which I did not even buy from Black Country Caravans. He guided me through how to set everything up because I am a new Caravan owner.

I am downsizing my Caravan soon which I bought from Glossop Caravans! Never ever use them completely awful after you have bought your Caravan no help and not fair at all, but Paul at Black Country Caravans is an amazing man. And an animal lover to boot. 😊

After years of planning the purchase of a new motorhome, we took the plunge and bought a new Autotrail at the NEC show in October 25. After deciding on the vehicle, we took just as much time on choosing the right company and people to deal with, and I am so glad we dealt with Chris & the team at Black Country Caravans & Camping. I recently had my Swift 860 caravan serviced at Black Country Caravans. The inspection and service was incredibly professional, thorough and comprehensive. Several items were identified as warranty issues and they have since been rectified to the highest standard. We have been astounded by the service we received from this business. From the first telephone contact everyone has been so friendly and helpful! Chris went above and beyond to help us with our gas bottle and took all the stress away from what could have been a really tricky pre holiday disaster. Visited a number of places for replacement parts for our Motorhome locally, wished we had gone to Black Country at the start...
Was welcomed by a young lady called Ellie at Black Country Caravans, couldn't of been more helpful in sourcing a replacement skylight for our Motorhome. The service was that good, I returned a few days later to order a replacement toilet cassette and toilet seat. I could of ordered the toilet online, but after the service we received for the skylight ordered this via Black Country.
They didn't have the parts in stock due to these came from a supplier they didn't stock! but Ellie said she could get us one within a few days. We paid via a link sent via a text, and received a call once the item came in stock. This is the Best Customer Service I've received in along time, would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks Black Country Caravans 🚐🚌.

Outstanding Service from Black Country Caravans – Highly Recommend

We first met Paul (the owner) and Matt from Black Country Caravans at the 4x4 & Camping Show in Stratford-upon-Avon, where they were demonstrating the Opus Air trailer tent. From the moment we spoke to them, it was clear they both had a wealth of knowledge and experience – but what stood out most was how friendly, down-to-earth and genuinely helpful they were. No pressure, no sales talk – just honest advice and a great product.

We were invited to their showroom for a full demo, and it was absolutely worth the trip. The level of customer service was second to none. We ended up purchasing an Opus Air, and when it came to collection, Paul personally gave us a full walk-through and talk-through of the trailer and all the extras included in the deal. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us.

It was a real pleasure buying from someone who clearly loves what he does and takes pride in giving customers a brilliant experience. We can’t recommend Black Country Caravans highly enough – if you’re thinking about an Opus or any camping gear, speak to Paul and his team. You’ll be in great hands.

If you are ordering one of their products make sure you get everything in writing. I ordered one and was told verbally I could get the deposit refunded if I cancelled. I cancelled and they did not refund £500. Even though I gave them 3 months notice. There are other suppliers please consider those first.

Went to BCC to buy an OPUS trailer tent. (The guys at OPUS HQ recommended that we went there to see Paul).
Paul provided us with excellent advice on which model would be best for us. My goodness he knows his stuff. We were able to make a purchase knowing we had the best OPUS for our needs at a good price.

Bought a 'new to us' used caravan from Black country caravans over a month ago. The service they provided was excellent. Unfortunately (no fault of Black Country Caravans) we have experienced a few problems with the caravan. Black country caravans have been excellent, they have sorted all our issues for us, nothing was too much trouble. They were always there at the end of the phone or in store for advice and help. The after sale care provided by the team is exceptional. I would highly recommend Black country caravans for any camping/caravan and Motorhome needs.

We have been absolutely delighted with the ongoing service we have received from Black Country Caravans since we purchased our caravan 5 years ago. Their staff are all very friendly and helpful, on delivery they spent a lot of time going through everything with us to make sure we were familiar with all the controls and features of our new caravan. They were also really helpful sourcing an air awning we wanted from a manufacturer they didn’t usually deal with, and dealing with some after sales issues we had with it, liaising with the manufacturer on our behalf. We were unfortunate to experience a few minor problems with the caravan, but they were always very good at getting it back in quickly and at our convenience for repairs to be performed under the warranty. Their Service department is also excellent, and again the staff are all very friendly and helpful. On one occasion we were unfortunately delayed in traffic which prevented us from getting to them by their closing time, and the lady in the Service department, bless her, knowing that we had come some distance stayed on for 30 minutes (on a Friday too!) to avoid us making a wasted journey. The sign of a good dealership is this sort of after sales service. We have recently decided to change our caravan, and were pleasantly surprised to receive what I thought was a very good trade in price. We would highly recommend this dealership.

Black Country Caravans were the only people who could source a very specific spare part for our unit and I cannot praise Janice enough for her efforts to help and her prompt and professional communications and friendly manner.

This is definitely a company I hope to deal with again and I recommend them to all.

We recently purchased a new Swift Elegance Grande from here after being let down at another supplier. The sales and handover were excellent and there was no rushing. They took time to go through everything and was able to answer all of our queries when purchasing and handing over. We are were existing caravanners with lots of questions. Their customer service was 10/10 and speed of sorting insurance and finance was excellent and the caravan was immaculate when we collected it

We chose to purchase our Opus Full Monty Trailer Tent from Black Country Caravans & were not disappointed.From the moment we arrived to view the trailer tent Paul & his team couldn’t have been more helpful.They answered all our questions about the Opus - their product knowledge is amazing.
We did purchase the Opus & on collection 2 weeks later Paul showed us everything we needed to know about the trailer tent.He was very patient with us as we have never even owned a caravan !
