I am giving this product a 5star review as I am extremely pleased with the beautiful glass paperweight. Exactly what I was looking for as a present for my sister who collects sea themed paper weights. It is perfect for her. Excellent quality and remarkable workmanship. You can see how much time and skill has gone into making this delightful product.
Communication with the seller was prompt and helpful.
Delivery was as explained and with no problems. All in all a very happy experience in dealing with this seller.

I purchased a very nice painted watering can recently. It is beautifully painted and of very high quality. It was also sent to me very quickly and Rhiannon, the Etsy customer service manager, was also very helpful.

I have no words to explain how amazing the furniture from this company is! The furniture looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The finishing is more than excellent, and the metal is of great quality with a beautiful, weatherproof finish. The furniture is waterproof and very easy to assemble.

I ordered the “Moreville” 8-Seater Outdoor Dining Set – Antique Champagne, and it is absolutely amazing. The cushions were dispatched on the same day and delivered within just two days—wow, that was incredibly quick!

The customer service is also excellent. The team is very helpful and understanding. They always listen to my queries and provide satisfactory answers.

Antique Cast Iron Coat Hook: Hand Forged 'Made In Wales' Double Hook....

I've bought a couple of items from here before, this time I purchased a fantastic gift for my Welsh mates new garden room, made well, arrived on time. Can't fault the standard of workmanship. 5/5.

I ordered a post box and it arrived the next day, even though I am in the South of England. Very happy with the look of the product exactly what I was expecting. Finishes off the front of the house. The quality is robust and was good value for money. Importantly, it came with everything to fix to the wall. Personally I felt the fixings were a bit flimsy so purchased more robust screws - a personal choice. The post box is big enough for small parcels which is great. However, technically someone could put their hand in it and take the post. For some people that might be an issue.

I ordered a fire tongs set and they are beautiful -really lovely pieces. quick service. arrived safely. looks fantastic. Used it the other day and does exactly the job I wanted it for.

I have just fitted our Ironbridge inspired brackets to take a microwave, look great thank you guys.

I ordered two black log baskets and two companion sets. Unfortunately, three of the four items arrived damaged or defective — one log basket is visibly bent out of shape and not circular, another has significant bubbling/lifting to the powder coating on the base, and one of the companion sets has a chip in the black finish.

I have emailed the sales team three times, including photographs clearly showing all three issues, but I have received no response whatsoever.

It’s incredibly disappointing to receive this level of quality from a new order, but even more frustrating to be completely ignored when trying to resolve the problems.

I would not recommend based on my experience and certainly won’t be ordering from them again.

I bought a bunch of ceramic daffodils and purple daisies from Etsy. They were delivered the next day at no charge.
This seller is very clever and creative and the flowers are just like the description. I'm so very pleased with these flowers, which will be placed outside on at a grave eventually, but I'm enjoying looking at them on the dining table for the time being. I would highly recommend Ben and his lovely customer services manager, Rhiannon.

We ordered the four seater white aether garden set, we ordered white to match our pergola and lattice, we waited over a month for delivery which I can understand as we ordered in the middle of a heatwave, however after waiting for so long we have recieved an off cream set with what I can only describe as a speckled effect over the table and chairs, kind of like a mini egg look, I have gone back on the website to check the description and zoom in on the set on the website and they dont appear to have this affect and the colour looks crisp white online. The packaging it arrived in said white but its not, I have asked visitors to describe the colour and all have said the same cream almost beige colour. The quality is great however the colour is not what I ordered.
