Customer service nonexistent and no flexibility with order changes
I have been waiting for my order for over 8 weeks. It is impossible to reach anyone by phone, and email responses come only about every two weeks.
Since the products I originally ordered were no longer available, I was offered three alternatives. After choosing one of them, my decision was simply ignored, and even more items were canceled without explanation.
Despite all this, I was still charged high shipping costs. When I filed a complaint, I only received an arrogant response stating that my order was already completed.
Customer orientation = 0
Unfriendly service and extremely long waiting times.
I have never been so disappointed by an online Shop Like That before

Hasn’t shipped pre order
Doesn’t respond to messages about my pre order. Product was released on 20th Feb and it is now March 10th with no updates to shipping.
