Based on my experience this company are not to trusted

Based on my experience this company are not to trusted. After paying a large deposit based on a bespoke video and internet pictures the €21,000 car was dreadful. The pictures avoided showing severe sun damage. The leather parts of the seats were actually split. Some of the tyres were illegal. I received an apology from the salesman and was told my deposit would be returned to my bank account. After dozens of messages and unanswered calls interspersed with many broken promises I have the deposit back in cash. This after going to the dealership to collect and then being told it wasn’t there. When faced with my daughter refusing to leave without it, it suddenly appeared.
Refund promised 4th May received 17th July.
Absolute nightmare experience.
