We've been using P Blackhall for a few years now. Everything about the service is easy- annual reminder in place, they show up on time when they say they're going to be there (no all day windows for turning up). The heating engineers were knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Invoicing by the company was prompt and easy to pay them. Will be definitely using them again.

I had a problem with a leak which two other plumbing companies failed to detect. The plumber from Blackhall’s conducted a thorough and patient evaluation, correctly detected the leak, explained what needed to be done and was back out in a few days to effect the repair. Extremely satisfied with every aspect of Blackhall’s management of the situation.

James recently helped me with an issue I had with a blocked sink. He arrived within the timeslot stated and was both polite and professional throughout. James checked over the sink and connecting pipes thoroughly to find the source of the leak. He identified the problem and was able to get a replacement part fitted quickly. James was able to fix our issue within an hour of arriving (and that included going to get the part!). He also tidied up after himself - brilliant service from start to finish.

Just had Grant from PBlackhall Edinburgh for routine boiler maintenance and advice about leaks on a couple of radiators. He came when scheduled and carried out the tasks with obvious expert knowledge and dealt with the other issues efficiently.
