Buyer BEWARE! Do not purchase these gift cards. Received $500 card as a birthday gift on 2/6...as soon as card was activated the funds were depleted by scammers in 4 transactions to EBay and gaming sites...04 cents remaining. From the comments listed it sounds like and inside job. Their dispute resolution team want sensitive personal information (who wants to be scammed twice). Reporting to Better Business Bureau immediately. Case CDS0633549

If I could I would give zero stars. I received this card on February 14th for $50. I registered the card on February 16th at 1:10pm by a girl named Jazmine. I was informed the card is ready to use an all set and then at 1:22pm I tried to use it. Card balance was $0. I called customer service who wasn’t any help. I demanded to speak with management. I was informed that it was registered under a different name and that someone made a purchase of it for $50. I demanded that I get it back since I just registered it, and Alex the supervisor said he would send me an electronic gift card for $50 to my email. If I do not receive it within the next 48 hours I will be going to sue for theft!

I had purchased an expired card from a grocery store establishment unknowingly, I called the number on the card and they were able to rectify the issue within 48 hours. The card was easy to use from my Apple wallet and the customer service experience was fast easy and informative.

If I could give a zero I would. Don't ever buy Blackhawk visa prepaid visa cards. They will take your money..the customer service pple are the ones that steal. Been waiting for $100 card I purchased with a 99.99 tic Tok shop purchase 3 days after I got a replacement card. Had the money on there on the 28th of Dec and Jan 8 it was used by someone and only 2 people that had the info was me and the customer service guy I disputed the card I had that the card I bought had a balance it was just messed up the glue stuck to the numbers and couldn't read the card..so I I called for a replacement and I'm still dealing with this. Send me another one with zero balance saying they gave it to me when they are done with the dispute 😆 they are hoping I will give up..next will be channel 9 news investigation because it's happening to others.

Pure Scam Netwrok. My mom purchased me a card for $150 that hasnt been able to be used. Customer support was zero help. ZERO! Im suing to make example, not for the money but princilple. They do this on purpose tell you theres a QR code to scan but theres not. Customer service says its on the recipt yet the package does not tell you to hold it.

11/2/26. Update - they now claim they don't have anything to do with Tesco - their details are on the bottom of the Tesco website. When I pointed this out they've reopened the complaint. So far they've not helped at all unfortunately.
Bought a gift card for Tesco (via blackhawk) due to arrive via text on 10th January, it never arrived & I went through the email complaint, each time they promised a proper response Within 48 hours, nothing received. The money has just gone & no gift received. I have now asked for a chargeback on my bank card. Disappointed.
Additional: I have sent the details I ordered the gift card with on the information requested (which is a personal email address). Note this is not the phone number that the gift card was due to be sent to, just my details which should be on their record as the details as ordered.

I had two virtual cards that suddenly stopped working because of possible fraudulent transactions. It took me a minute to find customer services number (easy looking back) but when I did call I was able to talk to a real person quickly, find out why the cards froze, and she replaced them, all in under five minutes. Life just isn't this easy anymore :)) Thank you for protecting me and helping me so fast!!!

My visa gift card was stolen I called customer service they send me an email asking me for a picture of the back and front of the gift card and purchase receipt I provided that; now this new email that I received said they want a picture of my ID and me holding my ID ummm idk if it’s safe to send or why do you need it ? Pls help me out and get me out of my worries
