Bought a pair of black combat style cargo pants for my son's 18th that cost around £45,to find when they arrived had a hole in the pocket area about 4cm long. Emailed the company and still waiting for a reply.
Ordered two items towards the end of July. One item arrived which I kept. The other item has been promised ever since, as it's apparently on a back order. They must have sent at least three email replies promising that the rest of my order will be on its way by a certain day...it's now 17th September and still nothing! I asked for a refund for this item. They have yet to reply to either advise they are going to send me my remaining item...or giving me a refund. Terrible service!! They should have been honest at the beginning and said I can only get one of my items, refund the cost of the other one and if it's ever back in stock, ask me to reorder it! Seriously unimpressed!! Deciding on how much longer to give them before I seek legal advice....
They get 2 stars and not one because they as people seemed nice and tried to be as polite as they could even though twice in a row I didnt get the products I wanted and have yet to be refunded over 40 quid. It felt a bit like they were fobbing me off though tbh and I didnt appreciate it. Im never ever shopping from here again. Absolute nightmare. I wouldnt recommend unless you wanna be running in circles with your orders. Theyre nice but at the end of the day its a business, and as a customer im really annoyed at having to run round in circles with my orders and with them taking forever to refund. Not at all professional and im so disappointed because they have some really cool products. :(
Although the website is a little hard to navigate and the pictures are not the best quality the clothing and items are very nice when received. My order was a little delayed however nothing major.
Some of the sizing can come up a little weird (ever when measured by their size guide) however the quality is good.
