He helped me with a big smile on his face, great customer service.

Luis was great the other day helping me find the last bits of equipment for my ascent up mount everest later this year

Staff always friendly especially luis went above and beyond while helping me, especially considering im wheelchair bound and very slow but he was patient and made sure i was okay at least 7 times

Staff very friendly and so helpful when I was stressing looking for certain clothes for family thanks very much. Oh and reasonably cheap compared to other places

Went to buy a bag for when I go backpacking, was shown exactly the right bags and demonstrated how they worked and which would be best for my needs. Martin was the one who helped us through this and made it very easy and quick, alongside the rest of the staff who were very pleasant. Great shop always great deals.

I went into Blacks today to buy a pair of walking boots with someone I received for Christmas. I was greeted by a lovely young man called Callum. I know absolutely nothing about walking boots but I had a budget. Callum explained to me what my options were and guided me through some of the qualities of each style some of the pluses and some of the negatives he was very attentive kind and nothing was too much trouble. My experience of going into blacks to buy walking boots was a very enjoyable one and I have left with the most wonderful pair of merrell walking boots that I am very happy with.

We had him in and out the stock room for boots our size. Nothing was too much trouble. Bought a pair each.

Sales assistant Vicky was very helpful, polite and courteous. My husband knocked over a display but she told him not to worry about dealt with it without any fuss.

Purchased a pair of Brasher trousers in Keswick
size 12 but short length ( by mistake )
Asked to exchange for size 12 regular length in the Aintree store ( nearest to my location but still 25 mile away )
Clearly unworn
With tags
With receipt
No joy as outside the 30 day rule
Wasted journey
If bought in November the 60 day rule would have applied
Will not be shopping at Blacks again

The Aintree store provided excellent service, particularly from Callum, who went above and beyond to assist us and even offered us brilliant discount.

Went to store today wrong items sent from ultimate outdoors
Martin & Lewis were really helpful excellent customer care & sorted my order out correctly.
One of the best customer service I have had, nothing was to much trouble.
Will definitely shop here in future.
