Visited blacks in Aintree and the staff could not have been more helpful, particularly Martin, who was so patient with me advising on various products for a walk. As someone who is clueless I found his help, advice and expertise so helpful and refreshing. Could not recommend enough!

Very helpful, I brought jacket back to replace for larger size.
Vickey looked through new stock delivery as no large available on rack and called me to let me they had one.
Great job

I was looking for extra wide fitting boots fitting…
I was looking for extra wide fitting walking boots. Vicky served me and knew the brand that would provide the widest fit for me. She was very polite and helpful. I got the perfect boots. Other staff in the shop were also attentive and interested in ensuring help was available if I required any. Overall, a very good shopping experience. Well done.

Berghaus BaltraTrek GTX Tech Boot
I went in to buy a new pair of walking boots but they didn’t have my size. One of the staff called Callum made a few suggestions and I purchased a slightly different style after trying on a few different sizes, more than happy.
