Bought a few items today at the Basingstoke store and really appreciated the genuine help and useful advice provided by Nion and Imy. They were both keen to understand our needs before offering valuable and personal advice. Rare to get such genuine interest and advice in stores these days and coupled with very strong product knowledge too! Thanks both - much appreciated.

Superb customer service
I was served by Dan who was an extremely knowledgeable chap and gave me really detailed advice on the waterproof rating for each of the rain coats in the store. This allowed me to make an informed choice and I am really happy with my purchase.

The assistant Jam was extremely helpful, friendly and happy. I tried on 5 pairs of walking boots before finding the right pair for me and he was patient the whole time, giving good advice and being attentive while at the same time avoiding being overbearing or pushy! Very happy with my purchase and the whole experience!
