Great customer service from Nio

Walking shoes

Blacks Basingstoke is outstanding.
Blacks Basingstoke is our go to shop for all things outdoors. Jack is awesome. He is an utterly reliable, professional advisor with excellent customer service, the patience of a saint, experience of the products and honest and appropriate advice. From water bottles to sleeping bags, from walking boots to floor mats, from cutlery to technical clothing ... this is the shop to go. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. Visited a couple of days ago to get new walking boots - John was very helpful, with advice on different fabric typics and sizes. Went back today to try on short-list boots again, and Dan helped me make the final choice with more good advice.
