Phillip was super helpful as well as friendly and upbeat. He helped me navigate the store where I was pleased to find Black’s own brand at great value as well as additional brands that were of the highest quality.

Fantastic service from Phillip, and a great selection of clothes. Was dreading an afternoon trying to replace some recently lost items, but we found everything within half an hour with their help.

Blacks is a great company and were very helpful when I purchased a Eurohike 85 litre rucksack recently.
The only problem I encountered was when I left the store the alarm went off and I then had to wait a quarter of an hour whilst the members of staff attempted to discover where the other alarm was hidden.
They did it in good humour and gave me a discount for the time wasted which was appreciated.
Highly recommend this store.

I have been to Blacks regularly for the past year or two.
I have had excellent customer experience and want to specifically mention Madge who goes out of his way to personalise my experience . They also have many choices at sale . Thoroughly recommend shopping here

Phillip was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I only popped in as I saw the closing down signs and ended up grabbing a few great bargains!

Really fantastic service by manager Phillip. I was buying an expensive rucksack and wanted to make sure I was getting the correct one. He went above and beyond with his patient explanation of the alternatives on offer and I am confident that I made the right choice due to his extensive knowledge of the products in the store.

Phillip looked after us and was exceptionally knowledgeable on all the items we required. The shop has a great selection of outdoor footwear and clothes and is soon to be refurbished and changed to go outdoors.
