Boy, where do I start. Charlie. Charlie is the MAN. Give the guy a dang raise because the help he gave me was next level. The guy went above and beyond to assure I got my package delivered. DPD was absolutely useless, not attempting delivery, refusing to deliver to nearest post office. After paying for expedited shipping DPD still dropped the ball and Charlie fixed it all. He was attentive, sympathetic and genuine throughout the process. He sent me another pair of pants for free that was delivered in under 24hrs. I cannot recommend the Blacksmith brand enough, one of the best pair of pants I’ve ever owned and their staff will look after you just as Charlie did for me. Thank you again mate. You’re a gem.

Excellent choice of clothing and fantastic customer service.

Blacksmith Store are the best, their attention to detail and fittings are perfect and second to none. The team are always quick to reply to emails for any concerns and continue to make and supply good quality and lasting clothes.

The selection is top class and I am always surprised to see how reasonable the prices are, especially items sourced from USA or Japan. I’ll definitely continue buying from here.

Took a little while as international delivery, but prompt service and good communication.

Ordered a gift for Christmas which was very easy to do, received very quickly and I had great communication from Jess.
I then chose to return it (because I'd found the exact same l same thing over £30 cheaper elsewhere) and paid for special delivery.

I sent 3 emails over a two week period asking for confirmation of receipt (the image from royal mail showed me delivery but I wanted them to confirm) and I asked for their SLA on refund etc.

Not one single email replied to!

Customer service is great whilst you're spending money but when you have a query they just ignore you, such awful service.
I did get my refund but still no actual customer service from Jess or any of the team.

I wouldn't use again for this reason

I purchased a sweater from Blacksmith but unfortunately was sent the wrong size by mistake. I contacted their customer service and Jess replied to me almost immediately. She arranged a replacement and it was with me the next day.

Absolutely love the clothes and the customer service i received was fantastic, can't fault Blacksmith at all and Jess is a credit to the company. Highly recommend shopping with them.

I just want to express my gratitude for the excellent customer service received. My order was lost by the courier but all was sorted and replaced with no hassle at all. The staff really know what they are doing, in particular Jess who has been absolutely fantastic at their job, staying in touch with me and following through.

Online store was showing out of stock for a particular size T shirt I wanted so I made contact with the customer service dept. They advised that they had some in stock and would hold off putting them online until I bought them and advised how to do so - 48 hours later I was wearing the shirt. Big shout out to Jess for her help, best customer service I've experienced in a long time

I wanted to try this store because they had the perfect clothing for me, and I just received the delivery—it was perfect! A couple of days after my purchase, I contacted them for an update and mentioned that I needed the clothes for my upcoming holidays, which were approaching fast.
Jess replied immediately and reassured me that my package would be sent as a priority. I am super impressed by their understanding and empathy. This is what I call an excellent retail-to-customer relationship. Well done, and I will definitely buy from you guys again!
