If I could give them 0 stars I would! I placed an order and haven't received anything. I can't get hold of them and they haven't replied to my email or live chat. don't order from this company. They have taken my money and I haven't received anything.

I had ordered a personalised 21st birthday card for my cousin back in January 2024 - it NEVER arrived. I paid £6.00 for it and was extremely disappointed I could not present my cousin with it on his birthday in March! I could not see a clear contact number or email address to enquire. I would not be using this company again.

Ordered an item which wasn't received. During this time, I received no order number, tracking information and the seller ignored emails and direct messages on social media. Refund received through PayPal but based on similar reviews, which I wish I'd read before ordering, this is obviously a scam company. Do not use.

Ordered a card from this company 12 days ago in June. I have sent 2 emails chasing this up with no reply. No phone number to speak to a person. Used online chat and it seems it hasn't been made let alone posted to me. At this rate it will be late for this birthday and maybe next years. Terrible service. Not a happy customer...

On 10 June I placed an order with Blacktomyroots for a birthday card for my daughter. Her birthday was on 23 June, I emailed the company on 18th June to chase up when I would receive the card, no reply. I emailed them again on 21 June asking the same question and I have not received the card or any reply from them since I placed the order. This is very disappointing and I will not be ordering anything else from them. In my email I asked for a refund and I am not hopeful of receiving this but I will persist. I wish I had read the previous reviews here about them before buying the card.

I placed an order trusting the look of the website and products advertised. I ordered 3 cards hoping they would arrive intimate for a Birthday 2 weeks away, its been nearly a month and they've not responded to multiple emails, facebook messages and instagram DM's. Its a shame, this feels like a TOTAL SCAM!!!

I suggest you do not order from this company, they have not sent me my order and they have not replied to the 4 email I have sent. It is such a shame as the website is great very professional and I really supported the values they stand for, I was happy to spend money with them rather than a big retailer. My husband and I obviously made an error of judgement by using a website we didn’t know. I will report them to trading standards, and I suggest you do to if you have lost money or this will keep happening to someone else.

Took my money 14/01....item did not arrive.....customer service is non existent - emails and calls went unanswered

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I placed an order on 30/12/23 and they have taken my money but no response to emails and no goods.I have tried the chat option also but no response!!
I have now asked for a refund and not to dispatch the goods but somehow I don’t think they’ll be coming anyway.

I have emailed the company 3 times chasing up an order I placed on the 15th December, 2023. I am still waiting for the goods and a reply to my emails. It seems they have taken my money and now choose to ignore my requests for an update on my order.

Ordered again from BTMR as my younger siblings Bday is approaching I thought to order a personalised card ahead of time as well as a new notebook.
I just love how affordable the products are & the fact that Aleesha went out of her way for my sisters card was really sweet :-D and im happy about the service. Only thing, I wish i knew the delivery was separate but other than that I’m making use of my Notebook.

After randomly searching for black notebooks for theraputic purposes I some how found BTMR, looked through their website and liked what I saw along with really affordable pricing.
Ordered a notebook that i personalised which i've just received today and i Love it! Its lovely to have small businesses like this that a lot of black people can have access to and obviously relate too. Was a bit worried at first in wondering what was taking a while for this to be delivered but I got in contact with Aleesha who was very helpful and informative and I believe keeping communication open is key. I have let her know that it has arrived and I really like it! Any woman of colour would want something that she can look to and say yes this relates to me, as well as with anyone to receive good - great customer service. Thanks again BTMR! Cant wait to make use of this for what I need.

First t-shirt didn’t arrive but the response was superb. A second t-shirt was send with personalised name and free card. They went the extra mile to rectify the situation and communication was excellent. Only issue is the shop app they use, as it pretty useless for keeping track of purchases.

Absolutely amazing customer service from this lovely business. Very helpful, considerate and polite.
Great range of products available, at very reasonable cost.
Would definitely recommend BTMR :)
