Amazing farm and staff
Amazing farm and staff, we went for the goat yoga which was the best and most fun time we all left grinning so big and the yoga teacher deserved a medal for continuing through the goat chaos and laughter!

Went today at 230 and had a fabulous time . Supportive and respectful team. My friend was very nervous and the team were brill. Goats extremely well cared for, yoga instructor great fun, and sooo many laughs - would definitely go again
We had a fantastic time at Blackwater Alpacas, we did the Goat Yoga session and have already booked again.
Very well run, great instructor and very VERY cute goats!
See you again in August!!
Amazing afternoon spent doing Pygmy goat yoga as a Mother’s Day treat! Well organised, excellent yoga session and the cutest baby goats! So much fun was had by all. Plus the care of the goats was clearly important! Cannot recommend this yoga session enough! Utterly brilliant!
Had an amazing couple of hours walking the Alpaca Jupiter can honestly say it was such a great experience for me thank you to Claire and Glenn for all the knowledgeable information they shared with the group. Not only walking an Alpaca we did goat fishing so funny, then onto cuddling baby goats ,everything was timed to perfection as were Claire and Glenn if you’re ever at a loss for something to do as a treat would thoroughly recommend will definitely be returning.
We had spent £94 on tickets to Blackwater Alpacas. Unfortunately, my mum was taken to hospital due to a chronic illness. Therefore, I phoned up Blackwater Alpacas to rearrange the date, 5 days before the event. The woman sounded like she had no sympathy and said 'if you had told us 7 days before the date then we could have helped'. What a bad response to a family going through a hard time.
After a email asking them to reconsider they gave us 3 options: put a post on social media to try and resell the tickets (which I did actually appreciate), the rest of us attend and my mum receives a voucher so she can attend another day, or someone replaces my mums ticket. Please note, this was after asking again, and reminded me in the email that they had gone above and beyond. What was meant by that comment? Did they want me to feel guilty?
As you cannot predict your good and bad days, we have had to cancel experience days before with other companies (big and small) and the staff have always tried their best to help us. Trying to juggle working, visiting the hospital, cooking, cleaning AND trying to get your money back from a company was not ideal, and compared to other companies I believe this company was not helpful unfortunately.
I have been here a few times now and each and every time the experience is wonderful.
I highly recommend visiting and having a snuggle with the alpacas and baby goats,
Booked the walking alpaca experience for me and my son, the two guides were fab, very chatty and friendly, full of knowledge on their animals and the area.
Enjoyed walking an alpaca (Opal) and then goat fishing and feeding, plus holding a kid at the end.
The little extras they do make the experience lovely, such as taking some videos and film of you and your alpaca walking group, to put together for a short video of your time there you can see on social media for free, and you can also buy fresh eggs and alpaca wool. (They do not even pressure to buy I had to ask as saw a sign)
Highly recommend! Use Google maps to find the place and you MUST pre book to visit.
