Blain Boland were fantastic with our house sale. We were also leaving the country following our sale. They went above and beyond for us by providing us with correct paperwork to help with the export of our vehicles. Really much appreciated.

Also the price ended up being less than was originally quoted due to elements that didn’t need to be done and they were upfront with the invoice and deducted accordingly. They were very professional, helpful, efficient and the voice of calm when the sale was getting stressful. I couldn't recommend Emma and Jonathan highly enough.

This is a factual review of my personal customer experience of dealings with blain boland and its directors. I complained about poor legal advice in relation to buying a leasehold property which is still ongoing after 2 years. They did not register my property with land registry until I raised my concerns. They do not know what customer service is, definitely would not recommend.

I've also had to report them to the ICO (UK data protection regulator) for not complying with my right of access to my personal data.

They tried to have this review deleted, their request was declined by trust pilot.

Emma and Johnathan helped me with my re-mortgage and transfer of equity so I could get a my property in my sole name. They where always helpful and efficient and the process was very quick and easy. They dealt with it professionally and sensitively. Thank you would definately recommend you!
