De kleding is leuk en hip, klantvriendelijkheid verdient nog verbetering

De kleding is leuk en hip! Markt kwaliteit afgewisseld met mooie merken. Echter de 2 hoofdverkoopsters zijn niet heel klantvriendelijk. Ja, wel tegen de klanten die ze goed lijken te kennen maar kom je er niet zo vaak dan zien ze je graag over het hoofd. Geen Goedemiddag of knikje bij binnenkomst ( gewoon het gesprek voortzetten over het afvallen van een klant) en zelfs bij het afrekenen een stoïcijns gezicht terwijl de kleding word opgevouwen en afgerekend. Dat maakt de winkelervaring niet geheel positief.

Na 24 jaar echt veel gekocht te hebben…

Na 24 jaar echt veel gekocht te hebben en zeker enthousiast over de winkel, merk ik dat de kwaliteit erg achteruit gaat sinds een jaar. Nu dus voor de eerste keer teruggegaan met product wat zelfde avond stuk ging. Erg ontevreden over de afhandeling (ze deden niks hieraan) en onvriendelijk.

De klantenservice van dit bedrijf is…

De klantenservice van dit bedrijf is uitermate slecht. Ik had een jurk gekocht wat enorm slechte kwaliteit bleek te zijn. Hij ging snel kapot en er was geen compensatie mogelijk. Ik vond de mensen ook erg onvriendelijk.
