The worst technology to have ever graced planet earth. I’ve seen sloths move quicker than the navigation on this TV. Whoever thought it was a good idea to release technology this bad, needs a reality check and a change of career.

The picture ok for the unit first out of the box, but not great, particularly in daylight.
The remote control was laggy and the user interface wasn't that friendly. The sound was terrible and it requires a sound bar to make it useable.
I had the unit wall mounted and after 3 weeks of use it started to develop pixilation which rendered the TV unwatchable.
I reached out to Office Works whom I purchased the TV from, who put me in touch with their outsourced warranty company "AYONZ PTY LTD", who claimed the unit had been physically damaged. They determined this by watching a video I took, and not inspecting the unit.
What a joke.
Never ever buy a Blaupunkt TV and think twice about the poor back up service you are likely to receive from Office Works.
Purchased in Sep 2023 for $497.

None existent customer service response.
Bought a 24inch TV via Amazon and it loses connectivity to the wifi. It seems like a common fault.
Amazon have been useless and I will never by another Blaupunkt product. No response from customer service to our requests (it is 3 months old) & premium rate line that no-one answers. Simply AWFUL avoid at all costs

Bought air fryer in Jan 2023. By May 2023 I had to return it as it had gone on fire. Used frequently enough but not enough to catch fire. Just had same thing happen with replacement. My daughter was using it and thankfully she’s old enough to be safe and wasn’t hurt!! Returned to shop I bought it and got refund. Bought a different brand this time

Bought a smart 32” TV. Not only say to navigate the menus so looked for the manual - none provided! If you want a user manual you have to pay an extra £11! Didn’t get that with the Sony and Samsung I’ve bought in the past.
They did send a link to an electronic version after I had to hunt down an email address and wait a few days to get a response.
That has put me off Blaupunkt - will stick to a brand I know and trust.

Abolutely useless vacuum, cant pick up the smallest of crumbs, total waste of money! Contacted Blaupunkt in Germany and they told me that they dont have a customer service for the product!!??

Poor Quality and Bad Customer Service

Never buy a product from Blaupunkt! Products are really poor quality! Me and my couple of friend bought robot vacuum cleaner and all of us faced with the same error. When you put Dusting Bin there is an error like ''Dusting is removed. Please check and restart'' We sent back for repair 3 TIMES! Everytime it took a month to got it back and same error at the first try. I lost 3-4 months while dealing with send back etc. Moreover, their CUSTOMER SERVICE is a DISASTER! They are not try to solve your problem quickly you have to spend time and effort. Also, they are so rude. I will never buy a product from Blaupunkt! NOT RECOMMENDED!

Cooks very well but after a dozen or so uses the non-stick is no longer working well.
Food is stuck on and even after a long soak it is a nightmare to remove.

I can't understand why people give this AirFryer bad reviews, I bought mine 3 months ago and NEVER had any problems with it at all.
I cooked a whole chicken in it yesterday & it was Perfect, tasted brilliant and nice n crispy skin.
I do a lot of chips & they are very good.
Buy one you will not regret it.

THE AIR FRYER, ALTHOUGH COOKS CHICKEN THIGHS REALLY WELL, AND PASTRY TOO, THE SMELL IT LEAVES IS TRULY CAUSTIC!!
I NOW HAVE TO USE IT IN THE GARAGE DUE TO THE BURNING SMELL!!

This has got to be the worst ..I have w ever bought. I could do better with a brush...waste of money.

My blaupunkt air fryer smells very strong of burning plastic every time its used has anyone else had this problem and could this be a danger to ones health.

Bought this air fryer from b&m £49 at first I thought this is great.. but after a few uses I have burnt my fingers so many times ..the downside to this air fryer is no basket to get food out . Then the air vents at the front right next to handle give out really hot air .so be careful when choosing your air fryer

Bought an air fryer from B&M, Blaupunkt model 382131.
After 3 months it just set fire to itself.
Luckily I was there to unplug, move and put outside.

As far as we go, the pressure washer is good, and so is my hoover. However user's manual is really bad, unclear and incomplete. YouTube or online documentation inexistent. customer service forget about.

I bought a Blaupunkt hot air fryer model 352585 from BM in Penrith 10 months ago, and I love it. I love the fact that it’s got two dials instead of an electronic screen, it makes it so easy to time the cooking, and the temperature dial seems really accurate and responsive. I love the fact that I can do almost anything in it: Heat ready meals, cook salmon, wrapped chicken breast in foil, and of course fry stuff. The only failure I had was trying to bake cookies which didn’t go well-unsurprisingly. The machine is light which means it can be stored easily. The manual is in English and covers just the one model which is really refreshing. I’ve used it almost every day in the past 10 months and it’s going strong.

Blaupunkt products are still being sold on-line advertising a three years warranty. The company ceased trading in 2016 so no support, repair or replacement is available. Surely this is fraud?

50 inch tv, constantly crashing from day one, rubbish

Blaupunkt Powerforce Pets Vacuum is the one with the wand. The suction is very strong the only problem is that the bristles on the floor brush bunches up hair on attempting to hoover carpets due to the floor brush having both a bristles brush and a squeegee type bar opposite the floor bristles brush so the pet hair just continues to get caught in the middle and even when you attempt to lift the hair left behind by simply lifting the wand up and down the pet hair is still left behind and the floor bristles brush gets clogged with pet hair so overall I'm not impressed especially with my health conditions it's difficult to hoover as it is anyway I hope that this review will help someone else. If only they had found a way to make the floor brush similar to the pet turbo brush as I believe that would be a better more efficient brush for the main part of the vacuum with the bristles and squeegee brush as an accessory rather than the main floor brush.
