Absolutely unacceptable. My order hasn’t been delivered, and the delivery is extremely late. I’ve emailed customer service multiple times with no response.

After reading other customers’ comments 👍, it’s clear this is a widespread problem. This website seems to be a scam and shouldn’t be operating.

I demand that this website be taken down immediately. I strongly advise against making any purchases here. Immediate action on my order is expected.

I ordered from this website as I saw this advertisement on tiktok and the potraits were beautiful. I tried contacting on all emails provided including all the social websites only to not be contacted back and losing my money on an order over £70.00

I did’nt like the product. I emailed them several times but never received a response. Wasted £70.

I placed an order on the 7th of November and the item was never dispatched. I emailed twice on 21/11 had no response. I then raised a dispute via PayPal and I then had tracking information but the item was awaiting to be sent to the courier but never was to this day.

PayPal then issued a refund automatically as the item was never dispatched and yet they advertised delivery within a few days. I do not recommend this website to anyone.
