I have had several Venetian blinds over the years not always as good as I would have liked - but these are easy to hang, well priced and fit perfectly - all in all an excellent experience.
One more point - congratulations on your excellent packing

Excellent service from this company, samples was delivered within 3 days after order. Our blind was delivered within 5 days, measurement was exact, quality of materials was first class, fitting was easy. Will order again, would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family.

I tied to do it on line but a wanted something else which the system couldnt give me so I phoned. The response was a very helpful assistant who did all of the order over the phone. Not all the order came at once which I worried about just incase it had got lost but when it did arrive the length was right everything fit perfectly and easy to fit, I am so pleased with them they look very good and finish off the room. The only thing I would say is I didnt get any extra blinds the last time i bought from this company I received an extra two blinds which helped out when I damaged one..

Have given a 5 star rating for the two times we have used your services and are happy with price, quality, delivery times and service can not say much more.

Order for the blind... paid and placed on the 29th of June
today is 12th of August which makes two weeks.
Complete silence ..regarding progress and delivery on my order...
4 days ago send them an email ...no replay
had to phone two days ago and was told that my order is on the way ...still no email ......
...and most important NO BLIND ....
will give them until the end of the week .......

From sending my measurements of my windows to receiving my blinds was very quick. They look perfect at the windows no problems at all.

I asked for samples first which came through very quickly. From there I ordered the one I wanted and it came through in just under a week. Perfect size and fit just as I wanted. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because they didn't let me know exactly when my blind was being delivered- there was no dispatch email.

This is the second time we have used Blinds depot and once again we are pleased.
The only improvement I could suggest is a text message or email to let customers know when the blinds are being dispatched to give an indication of when they are due to be delivered. These arrived 6 days after the order was placed.

We are very pleased with the blinds, and would recommend the company for a great service and help when we asked for it.

it's a no brainer. a very inexpensive product which is easy to put up.looks good and comes with every thing needed.i have bought all my blinds from them.

I ordered this blind after checking installation instructions on the Blinds Depot website where it clearly shows that a cord weight is used. No weight was received with the blind and when I queried this I was told that weights are no longer used because of the legal child safety policy. The installation guide on the website should clearly be updated.
Also, the chain supplied is the wrong size for this blind. I have received a replacement chain from Blinds Depot which took three days to arrive but it is exactly the same as the original supplied. I have notified Blinds Depot of this and no doubt will have to wait a further three days for another replacement.
Incidentally, I purchased a blind last year from Blinds Depot and it was delivered with one part missing. I gave them a second chance but I don't think there will be a third !
