Great service

Great company, fabulous service. Kev has just fitted three blinds for me and they do look amazing. No hassle no mess. Thanks again Kev.

Terrible service cut off my mother’s…

Terrible service cut off my mother’s dado rail because he didn’t take the right measurements leaving her what was a finished property a mess. He hasn’t been back to fix his mess he had no intentions of getting a different blind made now I have a blind that actually doesn’t fit and a mess in the window and £648 down and I have to get a joiner in to fix the rail he tore apart and a new blind company to make a blind that will fit the window with a rail because Kev at blinds4u couldn’t do. If you’re elderly and or disabled stay clear I’m sure he wouldn’t have done this to a man his own size oh and a blind had since fallen down work done on the 26th of June and it is now 24th July. Rubbish work the man thrives off the fact he used to work for another BIG name company well if definitely use her over him and his unprofessional ways. Not to mention the pointless screws he adds that do nothing but look a mess

Very good

Has new blind for front room , they helped choose the right one and gave me discount. Am very happy.

Good value but poor customer service

Good value but poor customer service.

Kev came to measure up and offered a great price so we signed up. Contacted them to find out leadtime but received no response so had to message again twice before i got any response, that could have been forgiven, we are all busy at times.

Then it came to fitting the blinds, arrived over half an hour late with no prior notice or apology/explanation. Again, on its own could be forgiven.

Then it turned out that tbey had the wrong size fitting for my blinds. However, they fitted them anyway with the promise of returning Monday to change to the right fitting, this was on a Friday. After contacting them on 4 occasions to find out when they would be coming back, i am still yet to receive any response and it is now 7 weeks later.

Again, good price but i would happily pay more for better service, my own fault for paying and trusting them i suppose!!

Would not recommend.

Brilliant service

Kev was brilliant. Despite illness when we first contacted him, and his van being in dock on the day he was due, he still managed to get here as arranged to measure up and take our order - which was ready and fitted within 3 days. His workmanship was perfect and he arrived on time, which is important if a customer needs to take time off work. He even wore overshoes to protect our carpets every time he stepped into the house. All round five stars are well deserved.
