Tests arrived very quickly. Completed them and dropped off at a Randox dropbox at 3pm and results returned before 10am next day.

Hopeless service
Hopeless service. 2 day test came on day 6. Impossible to get in touch with company on telephone. No response from either multiple e-mails or reply from answerphone. AVOID!!!!!

Outstanding Customer Service
I have used Blindspot Global on two separate occasions and gad a great experience both times.The service was prompt and reliable. In particular,Lauren provided outstanding service. She was flexible, contactable and very knowledgeable about the ever changing rules.I would highly recommend Blindspot and will use them again for my future travel plans.

Lauren, she was so helpful! She explained all of the paperwork I needed to travel and all the processes for the tests. It’s certainly a great service and takes away the stress of it all so we could relax and know we were following the rules!! Would definitely recommend

Ordered a fit to fly test and a day 2 pcr. Tests arrived promptly. Results came back the following day. Really friendly customer service team on the phones and in the clinic. Would definitely use this company again for my next trip

No problems with mine but my wife's…
No problems with mine but my wife's envelope was empty so we had to run around getting a test at the airport before we flew. Caused a lot of additional stress and hassle we didn't need.

We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with our business.
AVOID! Test never arrived, customer service blames customers
They sold me tests promising me that they'd ship my test the next day. They still haven't shipped it a week later and they keep accusing me of not reading all the contradicting information on their website.
They just keep blaming me for buying something from them which they knew I wouldn't be able to make use of.
Once I pointed it out that they have contradicting information on their website they just started ignoring me.
Awful experience and the customer service in particular is disgusting as they keep blaming the customer rather than being empathetic.

Pros and Cons
5 stars for a good delivery,easy to use and register online
1 star for customer service, as not being able to talk to any representative, but only a machine (lots of redirections to the Internet and contact third party, if it was the case)
Be mindful with the time frame needed to accommodate your needs (48 or 72 hours - cost difference) and check if you are nearby a Dropbox location !!!
Had to buy from another provider.
