THIS SITE DESERVES 0 STAR.. MY ORDER WAS NEVER RECEIVED AND WHEN YOU CONTACTED THEM THEY SAY THEY WILL REFUND MY ORDER BUT NO THEY DID NOT!!

I ordered an iPhone case on the 5th. December as part of my wife's Christmas present. I had heard nothing from BlingBoutiques by mid December so subsequently sent an e-mail requesting a delivery date. Six e-mails later without a reply I contacted PayPal who had handled the transaction to see if they could find out what was going on as there was no way of making contact with BilngBoutiques other than by e-mail. I received a refund through PayPal on the 11th. January.
BlingBoutiques ignored all of my attempts to resolve the situation and I still have no idea what the problem was. Customer service is deplorable and therefore this company should be avoided at all costs.

They take your money then a week later send you a credit memo saying check you account. No sorry or out of stock or jack s*** they just cancel your order

Don't buy from this company!!! I bought a case received it quickly but has issues with globs of glue causing wonky crystals. The "company" refused to believe there was anything wrong with the product when I returned it and would not refund my return expenses when they had said they would! I received the case on a Saturday and returned it on the Monday. They have since completely ignored all correspondence from me. You'd be better off saving some pennies and buying a case off eBay for better quality and customer service!

I love the sparkling bling on my phone

At first I was pleased with my padded white case. However the padding soon became black (coming from within). I emailed Diana three times before she replied telling me to expect white to get dirty! she refused to give me an address for return to give her the opportunity to inspect it - she refused. However I sourced the address myself and sent it recorded delivery - four days later it was returned to me without even the courtesy of a cover letter!

GREAT EXPERIENCE, GREAT PRODUCT! I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY SWAROVSKI CRYSTAL BUMPER, I AM GOING TO ORDER THE WHITE ONE, I WANT EVERY COLOR!!!

Phone case is beautiful, i get so many comments, where did you get it? Took almost 2 weeks from order but i believe each case i s made to order so that will be why. Love it, very bling!,yet not at all tacky.

Good quality product exactly as described and delivered quickly

Love this site. One of the few sites where you can purchase genuine Swarovski phone covers at reasonable cost. And their designs are ace, really classy. Not too in your face like some of the others.
