The frustration of items being out of stock. small items (belts) but if I then order when they come back in I'm penalised as I have to then pay delivery charges where I wouldn't have because they would have been in my main order!!

After small quality issue, the customer services within Blitz was spot on. Sending me a replacement gi bottoms and Frank was a pleasure to talk with.

I have been using blitz for many years, buying training equipment, gi's and belts, everything I have bought as always been of very good quality with great prices, the team are always very helpful and any problems are corrected immediately, for example the Eskrima sticks I just ordered for some unknown reason the courier didn't even attempt to deliver them and the following morning before I even had time to email Blitz, Frank was on the phone stating he was aware that they hadn't been delivered, which I confirmed, he said he would drop two more sticks in an express post and I'd receive them the next day, which I did.. In all the years ordering from Blitz this was only the second problem I had, had and it wasn't down to them. I've always had a quick delivery and everything is always packaged well.
I will always buy all of my martial arts equipment from Blitz why go anywhere else when Blitz are the best.
