Deceiving store
The parcel should be delivered between 23-24 of December, however they didn't even send it from storage since 19 of December. I will never shop in this trustless store again!

Customer service great, was a quick help when I got a damaged mascara ( with no brush 🙄) twice (!). - from a company in Sweden.
First time I accepted a replacement, but when that came without the brush, I chose to go for a refund.

I got a fail product delivered and…
I got a fail product delivered and another product with seal plastic opened. Took pictures exactly after I opened package and sent all to them. Got a very arrogant answer telling that I was lying because “our warehouse is always sure that things are not send that way”, not a single “excuse” for their own fail. I answered that I was not satisfied and was thinking about return everything because I didn’t got a plausible answer, so their answer was a single “feel free to send it all back but we’re not accepting the product you sent a complain”, not a single excuse again. I’ve been a loyal customer but after that I’ll do my best to tell to everyone I know to never buy a single product from this company!
