To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. They release broken content

They release broken content, that excludes customers using paid for DLCs. They deny they have a formal complaint process. Obstructive and gatekeeping. Refuse to escalate. Passed through many "Game Masters" without resolution. Required to raise another ticket after many responses as tickets have a limit on replies.
