Good lamps, everything works as advertised. Their warehouse accidentally filled out the customs declaration incorrectly, so I had to wait longer than usual, but I was in no rush. Customer support is very good and resolved all the issues (if you don't get an email response within 3 days, message them on FB" messanger"—they usually reply the same day there).

I purchased a red/blue light face mask from BlockBlueLight in November 2025 for approximately $250 during a sale weekend. Yes, it was a great price I agree. I was disappointed with the return process at the time but never wrote a review.

After recently listening to Alex Fergus discuss their customer service and transparency on his Red Light Therapy YouTube channel, I decided to finally share my experience, which left a bad taste in my mouth ever since regarding the company.

When I purchased the mask, I understood BlockBlueLight to offer a 30-day return policy. What was not clear to me was that sale purchases could be treated very differently. Their current policy states that full-priced items may be returned within 30 days for a refund, exchange, or store credit. However, much farther down, it states that items discounted by more than 15% are considered “sale items” and are non-refundable, making them eligible only for an exchange or store credit.

That is a significant restriction, yet it is not stated in the main return-policy section. Instead, it appears much farther down, buried among extensive additional wording, where a customer could easily overlook it.

I had already purchased a Mega Panel with BlockBlueLight and planned to purchase another. Losing a repeat customer over a $250 return was a very poor customer-service decision. I am also an established esthetician and am regularly asked which red-light therapy products I recommend, so transparency and customer service absolutely affect my recommendations.

BlockBlueLight has lost both my future business and my recommendation.

I have order 3x from this company. I have a kitchen lamp that has different light setting for you to adjust to your liking. I have red and bio light bulbs, I bought my 11 or old day yellow block blue light glasses, I have light strips which i will put in my daughter's smart monitor. I recently just place an order using their only lights 30% sale which was great!I I got chargeable night lights that do not have to be plugged on. And my very first red light flaglight, mostly for when I wake up bfr sunrise for early prayers. By the way the have a whole web site sale for 20 or 25% off for every light time change summer and winter. God bless you block blue. :)

The products are good but the delivery contractor was not. He threw electrical lights over my fence onto hard paving.

Love the lights so much! I’ve made a few orders over the years for myself and for family. They’re my go to presents when I’m not sure what to get someone. Very essential for my sleep routine and just really lovely to have around the house at night. The only issue we’ve had is that the charging cords are quite delicate and tend to stop working after a while of use. Not a huge issue though as the chargers are easy to replace and it’s not an issue at all for the plugin motion nightlights.

I use the full spectrum light bulbs or blue light blocking light bulbs throughout the house. I use the daytime light if I am working late and need to stay alert after the sun sets, orange lights for the evening, and red light for the hour before bed. My sleep has vastly improved since incorporating this lighting system into my life. I also love the functionality of the full spectrum lights, which allow me to switch to a brighter light in the evening if I need a more natural/less orange looking light for visitors or to look at something better/with better colour (I sew so this happens sometimes!).

The orange and red beacon lights have been perfect for travelling and camping. They let me bring my lighting system with me wherever I go.

I've also been using a Red Light Therapy panel I bought from BlockBlueLight for around 3 years now. I originally bought the panel to help with recovery from Long Covid and herpes management. At the time I was struggling with almost constant outbreaks that were making my life a misery. I was very sensitive to red light therapy initially and had to start on the lowest setting (it caused a skin tingling/warmth and fatigue even on this lowest setting!), but it did what I hoped it would and broke the cycle of repeat outbreaks. With medication and other interventions it helped my body get on top of the virus again. I now continue to use it regularly to stay on top of the virus and as acne treatment, for which it has also proved effective.

Service from BlockBlueLight has always been exemplary. I've never had any issues with delivery, and customer service has always been excellent.

I have purchased lightbulbs from BlockBlue 2 years ago I’ve been quite happy with them! Just bought some more for lesser used rooms of my home. And a lamp!
